وظائف شاغرة لدى منظمة LOST: مطلوب مُدرب/ة (Coach/Trainer)

Under the general supervision and guidance of the Project Manager of the “AQWA” project, the coach will be responsible for outreaching, training, supporting, and following up with the participants and reporting back to the director and MEAL officer.

Job description:

• Assess the training needs of the target beneficiaries.
• Develop a comprehensive training program, including materials, forms, exercises, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the project team and partners to adapt the curriculum as required.
• Deliver training and mentorship, with a special focus on Persons with Disabilities (PwD), throughout the project (25 training days).
• Prepare a comprehensive training report, summarizing all outputs, observations, recommendations, and results analysis.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Social Work, Public Health, Human Rights, or other related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members.
• Ability to show a positive and collaborative approach toward diversity.
• Flexibility and ability to deal with cultural differences.
• Fluency in English and Arabic
