Position reports to “Communications Manager”

I-Purpose Summary
The Graphic designer will work on designing and implementing the designs to produce visual material, these visual materials are used to present and communicate ANND productions. The designer will be part of ANND’s Communications Team and will report directly to the Communications Manager.

II- Key responsibilities
– Provide design services related to ANND's publications, including desktop publishing and web design.
– Provide design-related assistance to Programs and Communications Departments.
– Coordinate printing of ANND’s publications and other media.
– Supply in development and execution of ANND’s brand, including the production of templates for various types of publications.
– Ensure that all publications, reports and products are produced in line with graphic guidelines.
– Design of reports and other communication materials for printing and electronic distribution.
– Deliver creative and innovative ideas for print, electronic, web-based and animated presentations.
– Layout and design information and communication materials (banners, posters, booklets, leaflets, books, calendars, bulletins, flyers, cards).
– Provide photos and videos across ANND events (workshops, seminars and conferences…).
– Assist in organizing and publishing content and use of social media.
– Assist in designing of ANND’s website and content.

III. Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
– Creativity and innovative design skills
– Experience (academic and professional) with design software.
– Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
– Communication and presentation skills
– Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines

IV. Time schedule: Expected to be available as of February 2024.
V. Recruitment Timeline:  January 2024
VI. Terms of Payment: Salary: 800 – 1000 USD/Month.
