بهاء الحريري في أول إطلالة عبر “ليبانون ديبايت”… يضع النقاط على الحروف ويكشف عن تفاصيل عودته!
في ظل مشهد ضبابي يتخبط فيه لبنان والمنطقة، يبرز بهاء الحريري ابن الرجل الذي أنقذ لبنان قبل 35 عامًا من واقع مزري بعد حرب عبثية، ليعيده قبلة للعالمين العربي والغربي. انطلاقًا من هذا الإرث الحريري، يحمل بهاء الدين الحريري مشروعه المتكامل لإعادة بناء الدولة التي دمرها الفساد وعبثت بها الحروب، ويطرح يده للتعاون مع كافة المكونات من أجل مصلحة لبنان، الوطن النهائي لجميع أبنائه.
في حديث استثنائي لـ “ليبانون ديبايت”، كشف بهاء الحريري عن مشروعه السياسي، علاقته مع المكونات اللبنانية والدول العربية، واستراتيجيته لإنقاذ لبنان.
هل تعتبر الوقت الآن مناسبًا لملء الفراغ القيادي في المجتمع السنّي بعد غياب شخصية جامعة كالتي مثّلها والدكم الشهيد رحمه الله؟
لبنان اليوم يمر بمرحلة دقيقة وحساسة، والمجتمع السنّي، كما باقي المكونات اللبنانية، بحاجة إلى قيادة تتسم بالرؤية الواضحة والشجاعة في اتخاذ القرارات. أنا لا أراها مسألة ملء فراغ طائفي بقدر ما هي ملء فراغ وطني شامل. نهج والدي، الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري، كان دائمًا قائمًا على الانفتاح والاعتدال وبناء الدولة القوية التي تحمي جميع أبنائها. ما أطمح إليه اليوم هو أن أكون جزءًا من هذا المسار وأعمل مع كل اللبنانيين من مختلف الطوائف والمناطق لإعادة الأمل والاستقرار.
هل يرتكز مشروعك السياسي على دعم عربي، لا سيما من المملكة العربية السعودية؟ وما مدى تواصلك مع هذه الأطراف؟
نحن نريد علاقات مميزة بين لبنان والمملكة العربية السعودية التي تجمعها تاريخ طويل من الإنجازات، أبرزها اتفاق الطائف والودائع التي وضعتها المملكة في لبنان ودعوتها لرجال الأعمال للاستثمار في لبنان ودعم اقتصاده وشعبه.
مع أهمية صوت دار الفتوى في الشرعية السياسية، هل هناك تنسيق فعلي معها؟
دار الفتوى مرجعية وطنية ودينية أساسية، وصوتها له وزن كبير في ترسيخ وحدة الصف والحفاظ على الاعتدال. هناك تواصل دائم مع كافة المرجعيات الوطنية انطلاقًا من قناعتي بأهمية المرجعيات الروحية في حماية السلم الأهلي وتعزيز نهج الدولة المؤسسية.
كيف تصف علاقتك مع الأحزاب والتيارات اللبنانية المختلفة؟ ومن الأقرب إلى رؤيتك؟
علاقتي مع جميع الأحزاب والتيارات اللبنانية قائمة على الاحترام والانفتاح على الحوار. أنا أؤمن أن مصلحة لبنان تتطلب جسور تواصل مع الجميع، بعيدًا عن الاصطفافات الضيقة.
فيما لو أسندت إليك رئاسة الحكومة، هل ستقبل مشاركة حزب الله في تشكيلتها؟
أي حكومة في لبنان يجب أن تعمل ضمن إطار الدستور، وأن تلتزم بمبادئ الميثاق الوطني واتفاق الطائف، لضمان التمثيل العادل لجميع الأطراف والطوائف. يجب أن تبقى الدولة ومؤسساتها الشرعية هي المرجع الوحيد، وألا يكون هناك سلاح خارج إطارها أو أي جهة فوق القانون.
هل تعتبر سلاح حزب الله عقبة رئيسية أمام نهضة واستقرار لبنان؟
نحن مع حصرية السلاح بيد الدولة، وهذا أمر ثابت. في زمن والدي كان سلاح حزب الله موجودًا، وكذلك الجيش السوري والوصاية السورية. رغم ذلك، ناضل والدي الشهيد ونجح في استرداد الثقة بلبنان. المشكلة في السنوات الأخيرة كانت تكمن في تعمد إجهاض مشروع الدولة.
ما هي الوعود التي تقدمها لأهل الجنوب؟ وكيف يمكن أن تسهم في وقف الاعتداءات والعدوان وإعادة الإعمار؟
أنا ابن صيدا، بوابة الجنوب. أعد أهل الجنوب أن أكون صوتهم وحامي حقوقهم في أي موقع أتولاه. سأعمل بكل جهد لوقف الاعتداءات عبر الضغط السياسي والدبلوماسي، وأؤكد التزامي الكامل بتحرير ما تبقى من أرض الجنوب من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي. نحن بحاجة إلى خطة شاملة لإعادة إعمار الجنوب وتحفيز التنمية الاقتصادية والبنية التحتية.
ما هو تصورك المتكامل لمعالجة الأزمة الاقتصادية في لبنان؟ هل لديك خارطة واضحة وشاملة؟
أمتلك رؤية واضحة لمستقبل لبنان، وقد وضعت خطة إصلاحية شاملة على سبع ركائز أساسية، وسأعلن عن تفاصيلها في الوقت المناسب.
كيف تفسر مفهوم “السيادة الاستراتيجية المرنة” الذي طرحتَه في منتدى «لبنان والمنطقة» في لندن؟ وكيف سيترجم إلى إصلاحات فعلية؟
السيادة الاستراتيجية المرنة هي رؤية عملية تمكّن لبنان من استعادة قراره الوطني المستقل مع القدرة على التكيف مع التحديات الإقليمية والدولية. هذه الرؤية تقوم على ثلاث ركائز أساسية: إصلاح اقتصادي شفاف، إصلاح مؤسسات الدولة، وبناء شراكات إقليمية ودولية تخدم مصلحة لبنان العليا.
بعد فترة الابتعاد، ما دافع عودتك الدائمة إلى لبنان في أيلول؟ وما أبرز أهدافك من هذه العودة؟
عودتي تأتي بعد أن قررت العودة للإقامة في وطني. هدفي أن أكون إلى جانب اللبنانيين، أعمل معهم لبناء دولة قوية وعادلة، وأن أكمل مسيرة والدي الشهيد بكل أمانة.

In an exclusive interview with Lebanon Debate, Bahaa Hariri discusses his political project, his relationship with Lebanese components and Arab countries, and his strategy to save Lebanon.
Do you think now is the right time to fill the leadership void in the Sunni community after the absence of a unifying figure like your late father?
Lebanon today is going through a critical and sensitive phase, and the Sunni community, like all other Lebanese components, needs leadership with a clear vision and the courage to make decisions. I don’t see this as filling a sectarian void but as filling a comprehensive national void. My father, the late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, always emphasized openness, moderation, and building a strong state that protects all its citizens. What I aspire to today is to be part of this path and work with all Lebanese, regardless of sects or regions, to restore hope and stability.
Does your political project rely on Arab support, especially from Saudi Arabia? What is the extent of your communication with these parties?
We seek strong relations between Lebanon and Saudi Arabia, which has a long history of achievements, especially the Taif Agreement, the deposits Saudi Arabia made in Lebanon, and its invitation to businessmen to invest in Lebanon and support its economy and people.
Given the importance of the voice of Dar Al-Fatwa in political legitimacy, is there actual coordination with it?
Dar Al-Fatwa is a fundamental national and religious reference, and its voice has great weight in fostering unity and maintaining moderation. There is constant communication and coordination with all national references based on my belief in the importance of spiritual authorities in preserving civil peace and promoting the state’s institutional approach.
How do you describe your relationship with the different Lebanese parties and movements? Who is closest to your vision?
My relationship with all Lebanese parties and movements is based on respect and openness to dialogue, regardless of differences in opinion or approach. I believe Lebanon’s interest requires communication bridges with everyone, away from narrow alignments.
If you were entrusted with the position of Prime Minister, would you accept Hezbollah’s participation in its formation?
I believe any government in Lebanon must work within the framework of the Constitution and adhere to the principles of the National Pact and the Taif Agreement, ensuring inclusive representation for all parties and sects. At the same time, the state and its legitimate institutions must remain the sole authority, and no weapons should exist outside its framework or any party above the law.
Do you consider Hezbollah's weapons a major obstacle to Lebanon's renaissance and stability?
We support the exclusivity of weapons in the hands of the state, which is unquestionable. However, I want to clarify that during Rafik Hariri’s time, Hezbollah’s weapons existed, along with Syrian forces and Palestinian camps, and despite that, my father, the martyr, fought and succeeded in restoring Lebanon’s trust. The issue over the past twenty years has been the deliberate sabotage of the state project.
What promises do you make to the people of the South? How can you contribute to stopping the attacks and reconstruction?
I am from Sidon, the gateway to the South, and I am well aware of the sacrifices of our people there. I promise the people of the South that I will be their voice and defender of their rights. I will work hard to stop the attacks through political and diplomatic pressure and strengthen Lebanon’s position internationally. I also commit to the full liberation of the remaining South land from Israeli occupation, including the five points still occupied by Israel, and completing the journey of full sovereignty over our land.
What is your comprehensive vision to address the economic crisis in Lebanon? Do you have a clear and comprehensive roadmap?
I have a clear vision for Lebanon's future, especially in light of the critical phase we are going through. I have personally developed a comprehensive reform plan based on seven core pillars, and I will announce the details in due time to address the root causes of the economic crisis and set the country on a path toward revival and stability.
How do you interpret the concept of “Flexible Strategic Sovereignty” that you presented at the “Lebanon and the Region” forum in London? How will this translate into actual reforms?
When I spoke of Flexible Strategic Sovereignty at the Lebanon and the Region forum in London, I meant a practical vision that enables Lebanon to regain its independent national decision-making, while being able to adapt to regional and international challenges. This vision is based on three core pillars: Transparent economic reform, state institutional reform, and selective regional and international partnerships that serve Lebanon’s supreme interest.
After a period of absence, what is the motive behind your permanent return to Lebanon in September? What are your main goals for this return?
My permanent return to Lebanon in September comes after I announced my decision to return with my family and reside fully in my homeland. I believe Lebanon today urgently needs people who are courageous and loyal, and I am ready to lead the path of Hariri politics and continue my father’s mission with full dedication and sincerity. My goal is to be with the Lebanese, working with them to build a strong, just state capable of securing a better future for all its children.
