الحر يهدد المباني القديمة في لبنان… تحذير من كارثة وشيكة
حذّرت الهيئة اللبنانية للعقارات من المخاطر المتزايدة التي تهدد المباني والبنى التحتية في لبنان بسبب الارتفاع المستمر في درجات الحرارة. وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن العديد من الأبنية، وخاصة القديمة منها، تعاني من غياب الصيانة الدورية، كما تعرضت لأضرار جزئية أو كلية نتيجة الحروب. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أثرّت قوانين الإيجارات القديمة في قدرة المالكين على الترميم والتدعيم.
1. تأثير تغير درجات الحرارة على المباني القديمة:
وأوضحت الهيئة في بيانها أن التغيرات في درجات الحرارة تؤدي إلى تشوهات في الأرض، وهي ظاهرة ترتبط بشكل مباشر بتغير المناخ وتداعياته السلبية. كما أكدت الهيئة أن الأبنية في لبنان غير مهيأة لمواجهة هذه الظروف، ما يشكل تهديدًا مباشرًا للسلامة العامة.
2. تزايد الحوادث والحرائق في المباني:
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن زيادة حوادث وحرائق المباني في الفترة الأخيرة تؤدي إلى تفاقم الأضرار وزيادة المخاطر. كما لفتت إلى أن معظم الأبنية القديمة تفتقر إلى ممرات الطوارئ وتعاني من ضيق الأزقة، كما تفتقر إلى معايير السلامة الأساسية مثل طفايات الحريق.
3. ضرورة الكشف الدوري على المباني:
دعت الهيئة إلى ضرورة إجراء فحوصات دورية للمباني للتحقق من جودة مواد البناء مثل الإسمنت، وفحص الشبكات الكهربائية، بالإضافة إلى توفير تجهيزات الوقاية الضرورية. كما أكدت على أهمية نشر ثقافة التصرف السليم في حالات الطوارئ والكوارث.
4. أهمية الأبنية الخضراء والمستدامة:
وفي ختام البيان، شددت الهيئة على ضرورة التوجه نحو الأبنية الخضراء والمستدامة والذكية التي تواكب تحديات التغير المناخي وتساهم في الحفاظ على السلامة العامة في مواجهة الظروف البيئية المتغيرة.

The Lebanese Real Estate Authority has warned of the growing risks facing buildings and infrastructure in Lebanon due to the continuous rise in temperatures.
