“الرفاعي: نزع السلاح دون بديل دفاعي يُفقد لبنان ردعه ويجعله مكشوفًا”
أكد مفتي بعلبك الهرمل الشيخ بكر الرفاعي في خطبة الجمعة، أن لبنان يواجه ضغوطًا هائلة تهدد بنيته التحتية وأمنه واستقراره، في ظل التهديدات الإسرائيلية المتكررة التي تطال البلاد بأكملها. وحذر الرفاعي من أن طرح نزع السلاح من المخيمات والفصائل والمجموعات التي واجهت إسرائيل، دون وجود بديل دفاعي واضح، سيُفقد لبنان عنصر الردع ويجعله مكشوفًا أمام أي عدوان، مما يفرض عليه الأمن وفق إرادة العدو بدلاً من الدولة.
ودعا الرفاعي إلى إدارة القضايا الساخنة بعقول باردة، بعيدًا عن الانفعالات التي تؤدي إلى التوتر في الشارع، مؤكدًا أن الأزمات لا تُحل إلا بالحوار المسؤول داخل المؤسسات. كما أشار إلى أن الحلول يجب أن تكون نحو حفظ الاستقرار وصون كرامة الجميع، بدلاً من اللجوء إلى التصعيد الشارعي. وحذر من العودة إلى انقسام الجيش والحرب الأهلية، داعيًا الجميع للتحلي بالوعي وتحمل المسؤولية.
وطالب الرفاعي أيضًا بتنمية حقيقية تعيد لبعلبك الهرمل حقها في الحياة الكريمة، وشدد على ضرورة محاسبة جميع الفاسدين، رافضًا الاقتصاد القائم على المحرمات. كما استنكر تبرير الانحرافات بذريعة الحاجة، مشيرًا إلى أن الإسلام وضع منظومة متكاملة لسد باب الفقر، وأن من أسباب الفقر الذنوب والفساد الاقتصادي مثل الربا والاحتكار والكذب.
وفي الشأن الإقليمي، اعتبر الرفاعي أن إسرائيل لا تسعى فقط إلى غزة منزوعة السلاح، بل إلى شرق أوسط منزوع الإرادة والسلاح، لفرض الهيمنة على المنطقة. وأكد أن المشكلة ليست في السلاح الذي يدافع عن شعب مظلوم، بل في الاحتلال ذاته.
وختم الرفاعي خطبته مؤكدًا أن الصمت في زمن المذبحة ليس حيادًا، بل خذلانًا، داعيًا إلى عدم نسيان أن الكرامة تُدافع عنها المواقف قبل السلاح.
“Refai: Disarming Without a Defensive Alternative Strips Lebanon of Deterrence and Leaves it Vulnerable”
In his Friday sermon, Sheikh Bakr Refai, the Mufti of Baalbek-Hermel, stated that Lebanon is facing immense pressures that threaten its infrastructure, security, and stability, amidst repeated Israeli threats targeting the entire country. Refai warned that the proposal to disarm groups, factions, and camps that have confronted Israel, without a clear defensive alternative, would strip Lebanon of its deterrent capability, leaving it exposed to any aggression, thus imposing security according to the enemy's will instead of that of the state.
Refai called for managing sensitive issues with cool heads, away from emotions that could escalate tensions in the streets, emphasizing that crises should be resolved through responsible dialogue within institutions. He stressed that solutions should focus on preserving stability and safeguarding the dignity of all, rather than resorting to street confrontations. He also warned against the return of military division and civil war, urging everyone to be aware and take responsibility.
Refai also called for real development that would restore Baalbek-Hermel's right to a dignified life and demanded comprehensive and fair accountability for all corrupt individuals. He rejected an economy based on prohibited practices and condemned justifying deviation by necessity. He pointed out that Islam has a complete system for addressing poverty and that factors such as sins and economic corruption, like usury, monopoly, and lying, are causes of poverty.
On the regional front, Refai argued that Israel's goal is not just to disarm Gaza, but to create a Middle East devoid of will and weapons to impose dominance over the region. He affirmed that the problem is not in the weapon defending an oppressed people, but in the occupation itself.
Refai concluded his sermon by stressing that silence in the time of massacre is not neutrality, but betrayal, urging not to forget that dignity is defended by stances before weapons.
