“الشيخ نعيم قاسم: سلاح المقاومة خط أحمر… ولا نقبل المقايضة بالضغوط الدولية أو العربية”
في خطاب شديد اللهجة، أكد الشيخ نعيم قاسم، نائب الأمين العام لحزب الله، رفض الحزب المطلق لأي محاولات داخلية أو خارجية لربط وقف إطلاق النار بتسليم سلاح المقاومة، معتبرًا أن هذا السلاح يشكّل “ركيزة قوة للبنان في وجه الاحتلال الإسرائيلي”.
وقال قاسم:
“نُبتز سياسيًا واقتصاديًا، يطالبوننا: سلموا سلاحكم لنساعدكم! نقول لهم بوضوح: لن نسلّم، ولن نساوم، ولن يكون سلاح المقاومة موضوع تفاوض أو مساومة لا اليوم ولا غدًا”.
وأوضح أن أي طرف، محليًا أو خارجيًا، يطالب اليوم بنزع السلاح تحت أي مسمى “إنما يخدم المشروع الإسرائيلي دون أن يدري أو عمداً”، مشددًا على أن “السلاح موجّه فقط ضد العدو الإسرائيلي، ولا يهدد الاستقرار الداخلي كما يُروّج البعض”.
وأضاف قاسم:
“إذا كنتم تبحثون عن نقاش، فابدأوا بإيقاف العدوان، منع تحليق الطائرات، تحرير الأسرى، والانسحاب من الأراضي المحتلة… بعدها فقط نتحدث”.
وأشار إلى أن المقاومة “ليست بديلة عن الجيش”، بل “شريكة في حماية الوطن”، وأن الجيش والشعب والمقاومة يشكلون معًا “المعادلة الوطنية الدفاعية”.
وحذّر من أن المخطط الإسرائيلي في الجنوب يهدف إلى ترسيخ الاحتلال في النقاط الخمس الحدودية، مؤكدًا أن “إسرائيل ومعها الإدارة الأميركية تتحملان مسؤولية تعطيل اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وزعزعة استقرار لبنان”.
وأكد أن المحاولات لتحويل المسؤولية نحو المقاومة هي “تزوير للحقائق وتبييض للعدوان”، داعيًا اللبنانيين إلى الاختيار بين “السيادة أو الوصاية الأجنبية المغلفة بالشروط الدولية والعربية”.
كما جدّد الشيخ قاسم تمسّك الحزب بخيار بناء الدولة، قائلاً:
“نريد دولة قوية، وجيشًا محترمًا، واستراتيجية وطنية موحدة… لكن لا نقبل أن يكون ثمن هذه الدولة هو نزع سلاحنا لصالح العدو”.
وختم بالقول:
“لبنان وطن للجميع، لا مكان فيه لفئة تُقصى أو تُستبدل. لنجتمع لإخراج إسرائيل بوحدتنا، لا لمساعدتها عبر الفتنة أو الانقسام”.
“Hezbollah’s Qassem: Resistance Arms Are Non-Negotiable—Rejects International and Arab Pressure”
In a defiant political address, Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem declared that any effort to link a ceasefire to disarming the resistance is firmly rejected, warning that such demands—local or foreign—ultimately serve Israeli interests.
Qassem stated:
“We are being politically and economically blackmailed. They say: Give up your arms and we’ll help you. We say clearly: We will not surrender. Resistance arms are not for negotiation—today or ever.”
He added that those calling for disarmament—whether from domestic parties, international players, or Arab states—are “inadvertently aiding the Israeli agenda”. He emphasized that the resistance’s weapons are strictly directed at Israel, not Lebanese internal affairs.
Qassem insisted:
“Stop the aggression, halt aerial violations, return the detainees, withdraw from occupied lands… only then can we begin any meaningful dialogue.”
He stressed that the resistance complements the army and is part of a national security strategy that includes the people, the military, and Hezbollah.
He accused Israel and the United States of undermining the November ceasefire and attempting to expand occupation under the guise of negotiation over five disputed points near Lebanon’s southern border.
Qassem denounced efforts to portray the resistance as the source of instability, calling it a manipulation of facts. He warned that Lebanon is now faced with two choices:
“Sovereignty, independence, and liberation, or foreign-imposed subjugation and Israeli alignment.”
He reiterated Hezbollah’s commitment to a strong state and empowered army, but not at the cost of surrendering resistance arms.
“Lebanon is for all its people. No group will be excluded or marginalized. Let’s unite to expel Israel—not serve it through division.”
