تعلن منظمة كاريتاس لبنان (Caritas Lebanon) عن حاجتها لتوظيف عامل/ة حالة GBV للعمل بدوام كامل في منطقة الرميلة – الشوف، جبل لبنان، ضمن برامج الحماية والتمكين، وفق عقد يستمر حتى 31 ديسمبر 2025.

  • المسمى الوظيفي: GBV Case Worker – أخصائي/ة إدارة حالات العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي

  • الموقع: الرميلة – الشوف، جبل لبنان

🛠️ المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

  • إجراء تقييمات آمنة وسرّية لحالات GBV باستخدام أدوات قياسية وتوثيقها ضمن النظام

  • إعداد ومتابعة خطة عمل فردية لكل ناجٍ بناءً على احتياجاته

  • إحالة الحالات إلى خدمات متعددة القطاعات بعد موافقة الناجي

  • توثيق المعلومات باستخدام أدوات GBVIMS، وفق معايير الحماية والسرية

  • إدارة الخط الساخن للطوارئ والتعامل مع الحالات المستعجلة

  • التنسيق مع الجهات الشريكة الداخلية والخارجية لضمان استجابة شاملة

  • إعداد تقارير شهرية ومتابعة الحالات لضمان حصول الناجين على الدعم الكامل

  • المشاركة في اجتماعات الحالة، التدريبات وورشات بناء القدرات

  • احترام سياسة كاريتاس التشغيلية، والانضباط، والحضور، واللباس

  • الالتزام بسياسة حماية الطفل ومكافحة التحرش والاستغلال الجنسي بشكل صارم

Job Opening at Caritas Lebanon – Rmeileh (Chouf): GBV Case Worker (Full-Time Position)

Caritas Lebanon is hiring a GBV Case Worker to join its Protection & Human Rights Program in Rmeileh – Chouf, Mount Lebanon. The position is full-time, under a contract valid until December 31, 2025.

  • Location: Rmeileh – Chouf, Mount Lebanon

  • Sector: Protection and Human Rights

  • Contract Type: Full-Time

  • Duration: Until 31/12/2025

  • Salary Range: $800–$1200 USD/month

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Social Work or related field

  • Experience: 1–2 years

  • Languages: Fluent Arabic and English – Excellent French

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential assessments for GBV survivors using standardized tools

  • Develop and monitor individual action plans tailored to each case

  • Ensure timely, consent-based referrals to multi-sectoral services

  • Maintain accurate GBVIMS documentation and respect data confidentiality

  • Respond to emergency cases and operate the 24/7 helpline

  • Follow-up with survivors to ensure they receive proper support

  • Coordinate closely with internal and external partners

  • Prepare monthly case reports and attend case conferences

  • Work evenings or weekends when necessary

  • Comply with Caritas Lebanon’s safeguarding and protection policies

  • Participate in training, planning activities, and policy adherence
