يستمر العقد التطوعي حتى نهاية ديسمبر 2025 مع إمكانية التجديد، وتقدم الجمعية راتباً شهرياً يتراوح بين 300 و350 دولاراً، ما يجعل هذه الفرصة مثالية للمدرّسين أصحاب الشغف بالتعليم المجتمعي والميداني.

المهام المطلوبة:

• تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية ملائمة للعمر تعتمد على اللعب

• تطبيق معايير التعليم الخاصة بـ ECE, BLN, ABLN, YBLN, RS

• توفير بيئة صفية آمنة، دامجة وصديقة للطفل

• تكييف المناهج بحسب احتياجات الأطفال، خاصة من لديهم إعاقات أو تأخرات

• إعداد تقارير دقيقة للحضور والتقدّم والحوادث

• إدارة الموارد والأدوات التعليمية بشكل منظم

• تقديم حصص في القراءة والرياضيات والمهارات الحياتية
