في وقت يتصاعد فيه التوتر في المنطقة، يبرز السؤال حول كيفية تأثير الحرب الإيرانية-الإسرائيلية على استقرار لبنان، خاصة في ظل التهديدات الإسرائيلية المستمرة وتنامي المخاوف من تمدد الصراع. في هذا السياق، أكد عضو كتلة “التنمية والتحرير”، النائب الدكتور قاسم هاشم، أن هناك اتصالات تجري على أعلى المستويات السياسية بين المسؤولين اللبنانيين للحفاظ على الاستقرار الداخلي، مشددًا على ضرورة التعامل مع الأزمة بحذر وعقلانية.
في حديثه لـ”ليبانون ديبايت”، عبّر النائب هاشم عن أسفه لارتفاع بعض الأصوات التي تتحدث بأسلوب بعيد عن العقلانية، مؤكدًا أن “الحكمة، وليس السجال أو البروباغندا، هي التي تحمينا وتجنبنا الأخطار”. وأوضح أن الوضع الداخلي اللبناني متماسك حتى الآن، لكنه حذر من زيادة التصعيد إذا استمرت المواجهات دون تدخل جاد لوقف الحرب.
وأضاف هاشم أن الجهود الدولية لم تصل بعد إلى مستوى الوساطة الفعالة، رغم بعض التصريحات من دول مثل فرنسا وتركيا وألمانيا وروسيا. ورغم ذلك، لا تزال هذه التحركات في إطار الإعلام ولم تتم ترجمتها إلى خطوات ملموسة لوقف القتال.
وفيما يخص المخاوف من تورط “حزب الله” في الصراع، قلل النائب هاشم من هذه المخاوف، مشيرًا إلى “عقلانية وحكمة مسؤولية الحزب في التعامل مع الحرب”، مؤكدًا أن الحزب أبلغ موقفه هذا إلى المعنيين.
وتابع هاشم قائلاً إنه “في حال تصاعدت الأمور أكثر، فإن السؤال يبقى: هل ستتمكن أي جهة من ضبط الأوضاع في المنطقة؟”. وأكد أن “الأمور مفتوحة على كل الاحتمالات، وإذا لم تتم السيطرة على التصعيد، فإن الخطر سيظل قائمًا في جميع أنحاء المنطقة”.

As tensions rise between Iran and Israel, the question of how this war could impact Lebanon's stability becomes more pressing. Amid Israeli threats and growing concerns about the conflict’s potential to spread, Lebanese officials are actively engaged in maintaining internal stability. Dr. Qassem Hashem, a member of the “Development and Liberation” bloc, confirmed in an interview with “Lebanon Debate” that communications are ongoing at the highest political levels to safeguard Lebanon’s stability, emphasizing the need for a cautious and rational approach to the crisis.
Hashem expressed regret over the rise of voices that speak irrationally about the ongoing war, stressing that “wisdom, not rhetoric or propaganda, is what protects us and keeps us safe.” He reassured that the internal situation in Lebanon remains stable but warned that if the confrontations continue without serious efforts to halt the war, the risk of further escalation will increase.
Hashem noted that international efforts to mediate have not yet reached a significant level of intervention, despite some statements from countries like France, Turkey, Germany, and Russia. However, these actions remain in the media sphere without materializing into concrete steps to de-escalate the fighting.
Regarding concerns about Hezbollah’s involvement in the conflict, Hashem downplayed these fears, pointing to the “rationality and responsibility” in Hezbollah’s approach to the war, and confirming that the party has communicated its stance to the concerned parties.
He further stated that “if the situation worsens further, the real question is: will any side be able to control the situation in the region?” He stressed that “everything is open to all possibilities, and unless the escalation is contained, the threat will remain imminent across the region.”
