“أخطاء إسرائيلية في قصف الضاحية الجنوبية: تصعيد الموقف وتهديد اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار”
أرسلت إسرائيل ليل الخميس الماضي، عبر قصف الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت، رسالة إلى “حزب الله” مفادها أنّه ممنوع عليه إعادة التسلح واسترجاع قوته. كما مارست ضغطًا جديدًا على الدولة اللبنانية للإسراع بنزع سلاح “المقاومة”. وتعتقد إسرائيل أن الغارات العنيفة غير المسبوقة على الضاحية الجنوبية منذ 27 تشرين الثاني الماضي قد تُساهم في تسليم “حزب الله” لسلاحه، لكنها عبر تعريض اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار للخطر من خلال خروقاتها المتكررة وغير المبررة، تُهدّد بإشعال الحرب من جديد. كما أن هذه العمليات قد تدفع “حزب الله” إلى التمسك أكثر بسلاحه للدفاع عن لبنان إذا أقدمت تل أبيب على أي عمل عسكري.
ارتكب العدو الإسرائيلي خطأً بعدم السماح للجيش بدخول الأبنية التي أشار إليها في الضاحية الجنوبية، كما قلل من أهمية وفعالية لجنة مراقبة وقف إطلاق النار في منع الاعتداءات على لبنان. وقال محللون عسكريون إنّه إذا صحّ بالفعل أن الأبنية المستهدفة كانت تحتوي على مسيّرات، بحسب ما ادّعت إسرائيل، فإن رفض الأخيرة دخول عناصر الجيش إلى الوحدات المستهدفة كان بهدف تدمير هذه الأسلحة والتخلص منها نهائيًا، ومنع أي جهة في لبنان، سواء “حزب الله” أو المؤسسة العسكرية، من الحصول عليها. هذا الأسلوب تتبعه إسرائيل في سوريا من خلال قصف مستودعات ومعدات وطائرات كانت بحوزة نظام بشار الأسد.
ويُعتبر استهداف أو خرق اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النار بمثابة زيادة تمسك “حزب الله” بسلاحه ومبدأ “المقاومة”، مما يؤدي إلى إضعاف جهود رئيس الجمهورية العماد جوزاف عون في حصر السلاح بيد الدولة. وأوضح المحللون العسكريون أن رئيسي الجمهورية والحكومة يأملان في نجاح الجهود الدبلوماسية لفرض انسحاب العدو من الأراضي المحتلة في الجنوب، إضافة إلى وقف أي شكل من الاعتداءات على السيادة اللبنانية وترسيم الحدود البرية. ورغم ذلك، فإن إسرائيل تعرقل هذه الجهود وتزيد من تشدد “حزب الله” في التمسك بسلاحه.
ويلفت المحللون إلى أن إسرائيل لا تريد أن تكون القوات المسلحة اللبنانية قوية، بينما “حزب الله” لم يحصل بعد على ضمانات للتخلي عن سلاحه. وأضافوا أن “حزب الله” قد احترم بنود اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، حيث تسلّم الجيش، وفقًا لما أعلن رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام، أغلب المواقع العسكرية في جنوب لبنان، وأصبح يسيطر على الوضع الأمني هناك، خصوصًا بعد التضييق على حركة “حماس” ومنعها من استخدام الأراضي اللبنانية لشنّ الهجمات على المستوطنات الإسرائيلية دعمًا لغزة. لكن تل أبيب ما زالت تضرب المساعي الرسمية في لبنان لفرض سيادتها، مما يعزز من عقيدة “المقاومة” لدى مناصري “حزب الله”.
“Israeli Mistakes in Bombing Southern Beirut: Escalating Tensions and Threatening the Ceasefire Agreement”
On Thursday night, Israel sent a message to Hezbollah through bombing the southern suburb of Beirut, signaling that Hezbollah is forbidden from rearming and regaining its strength. Additionally, Israel applied new pressure on the Lebanese government to expedite the disarmament of the “Resistance.” Israel believes that the unprecedented airstrikes on the southern suburbs since November 27th may contribute to Hezbollah surrendering its weapons. However, by jeopardizing the ceasefire agreement through repeated and unjustified violations, Israel risks reigniting the war and pushing Hezbollah to cling even more to its weapons to defend Lebanon in case Israel launches further military actions.
The Israeli enemy made a mistake by not allowing the army to enter the buildings it targeted in the southern suburbs, downplaying the importance and effectiveness of the Ceasefire Monitoring Committee in preventing violations of Lebanon’s sovereignty. Military analysts argue that if the targeted buildings indeed contained drones, as Israel claimed, the refusal to allow army units to enter those buildings aimed at destroying the weapons and preventing Hezbollah or the Lebanese military from acquiring them, similar to Israel’s actions in Syria, where it targets warehouses and military assets in possession of Bashar al-Assad's regime.
Any targeting or breach of the ceasefire agreement would increase Hezbollah’s commitment to its weapons and the “Resistance” principle, ultimately undermining President Michel Aoun’s efforts to restrict weapons to the state. Military analysts pointed out that both the President and the Prime Minister are hopeful that diplomatic efforts will succeed in ensuring Israel’s withdrawal from occupied territories in the south, halting any attacks on Lebanese sovereignty, and finalizing the delineation of land borders. However, Israel continues to obstruct these efforts, reinforcing Hezbollah's stance on retaining its weapons.
Analysts highlight that Israel does not want the Lebanese Armed Forces to be strong, while Hezbollah has yet to receive guarantees to disarm. They added that Hezbollah respected the ceasefire agreement, as the Lebanese army, as stated by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, has taken control of most military sites in southern Lebanon, securing the situation there, especially after limiting Hamas’s movement and preventing them from using Lebanese territory to launch attacks on Israeli settlements in support of Gaza. Nonetheless, Israel continues to undermine Lebanon's official efforts to assert its sovereignty, strengthening Hezbollah’s belief in the “Resistance.”
