تعلن منظمة عدل بلا حدود عن حاجتها لاختصاصيين/ت في العمل الاجتماعي للعمل ضمن مشروع “معاً من أجل الوصول إلى العدالة” في جبل لبنان – المتن. الوظيفة بدوام كامل وعقد لمدة سنة قابل للتجديد، مع راتب شهري يتراوح بين 800 و1200 دولار أمريكي.

تفاصيل الوظيفة – اختصاصي/ة عمل اجتماعي في جبل لبنان – المتن

  • المسمى الوظيفي: اختصاصي/ة عمل اجتماعي (Social Worker)

  • نوع العقد: دوام كامل، عقد لمدة سنة مع إمكانية التجديد

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية

أ. إدارة الحالات والدعم المباشر

  • إدارة الحالات المتعلقة بالنساء والفتيات المتأثرات بالعنف، متابعة سير الدعم وتقديم الاستشارات النفسية والاجتماعية

  • تطوير خطط عمل فردية بالتعاون مع المستفيدات لتحقيق الاستقلال الاقتصادي والاجتماعي

  • المساعدة في تخطيط السلامة وتقديم المعلومات القانونية ودعم الحماية

ب. التنسيق والإحالات

  • إحالة المستفيدات إلى الخدمات القانونية، الصحية، الإسكانية، والتدريب المهني بالتنسيق مع فريق المنظمة

  • متابعة فعالية الإحالات والتأكد من تلقي الدعم اللازم

ج. التوعية وبناء القدرات

  • المشاركة في جلسات توعية المجتمع حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي وحقوق المرأة

  • حضور ورشات تدريبية لتعزيز المهارات في الوقاية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي

د. التوثيق والتقارير

  • الحفاظ على سرية وسلامة ملفات الحالات، وتوثيق التقدم والتقارير الشهرية المتعلقة بأنشطة إدارة الحالات

  • دعم جمع البيانات لمراقبة وتقييم المشروع

هـ. الحماية والسلامة

  • ضمان احترام أعلى معايير الحماية والسرية في جميع التعاملات مع المستفيدات

  • تحديد مخاطر الحماية والعمل مع فريق المشروع لتطبيق خطط التخفيف اللازمة

متطلبات الوظيفة

Social Worker Jobs in Lebanon with Justice Without Borders Organization | Full-Time Position with $800-$1200 Monthly Salary

Justice Without Borders (JWF) is recruiting qualified Social Workers to join its project “Together For Access to Justice” in Mount Lebanon – Metn area. This full-time position offers a one-year renewable contract with a monthly salary ranging between $800 and $1200 USD.

  • Position: Social Worker

  • Location: Mount Lebanon – Metn, Lebanon

  • Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year renewable contract

  • Salary: $800 – $1200 USD monthly

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field

  • Experience: 2-3 years in humanitarian field, with case management experience preferred

  • Languages: Fluent Arabic, excellent English, good French

Core Responsibilities

A. Case Management and Direct Support

  • Manage caseloads of women and girls affected by violence, providing psychosocial counseling and emotional support

  • Develop individual action plans with beneficiaries, facilitating economic independence and confidence building

  • Assist with safety planning, legal rights education, and access to protective services

B. Referral and Service Coordination

  • Refer survivors to legal aid, healthcare, shelter, livelihood, and skills training services in coordination with the JWF team

  • Follow up on referrals to ensure service delivery and identify service gaps

C. Awareness Raising and Capacity Building

  • Conduct community awareness sessions on gender-based violence, women’s rights, and empowerment

  • Participate in trainings and workshops on GBV prevention, psychosocial support, and economic independence

D. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain confidential and accurate case records, monthly reporting on case management and referrals

  • Support data collection for monitoring and evaluation purposes

E. Protection and Safety

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards to safeguard beneficiaries

  • Identify protection risks and support mitigation strategies for vulnerable individuals

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Social Work or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years experience in humanitarian work, preferably in case management

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse age groups

  • Strong reporting and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English; good knowledge of French
