المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • تحديد الحالات المعرضة للخطر وتقديم إدارة حالة فردية شاملة تشمل التوثيق، التقييم، خطط العمل، تقديم الخدمات، الإحالات والمتابعة

  • ضمان توفير بيئات آمنة ومناسبة لإدارة الحالات ودعم الحالات العاجلة عاطفياً

  • إجراء تقييم نفسي اجتماعي دقيق للظروف البيئية، النفسية، والسلوكية للمستفيدين

  • إعداد خطط حالة دقيقة ذات أهداف واضحة وأطر زمنية محددة للحالات عالية الخطورة

  • متابعة نتائج الدعم المقدم والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة

  • تنفيذ جلسات توعية حول العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي والصحة الجنسية والإنجابية بالتنسيق مع فريق المشروع

  • التنسيق مع مقدمي الخدمات المحليين لضمان إحالات سريعة وفعالة ومتابعة مستمرة

  • توثيق وإدارة ملفات الحالات بدقة وسرية تامة باستخدام نظام إدارة معلومات العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBVIMS)

  • المشاركة في إدارة الخط الساخن ودعم التواصل مع الجهات المختصة

  • احترام المبادئ التوجيهية لإدارة الحالات بما في ذلك السرية، عدم التمييز، وضمان سلامة المستفيدين

Case Manager Jobs in Beirut and Bekaa with RDFL | Full-Time GBV Survivor Support Role $800-$1200

RDFL is hiring two qualified Case Managers based in Beirut and Bekaa to provide specialized case management services for survivors of gender-based violence (GBV). This full-time, one-year renewable position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting vulnerable women and girls.

Job Details – Case Manager in Beirut and Bekaa, Lebanon

  • Job Title: Case Manager

  • Location: Beirut and Bekaa, Lebanon

  • Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable

  • Contract Type: Full-time

  • Salary: $800 – $1,200 USD

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Counseling, or related field

  • Experience: 3-5 years working with vulnerable communities, especially GBV survivors

  • Languages: Fluent Arabic and very good English

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify at-risk cases and provide comprehensive individual case management including documentation, assessments, action plans, direct services, referrals, and follow-ups

  • Ensure safe and appropriate environments for case management and provide basic emotional support for urgent cases

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments covering environmental, emotional, behavioral, and social factors

  • Develop clear, outcome-oriented case plans with defined timelines for high-risk clients

  • Monitor and follow up on assistance outcomes

  • Conduct GBV and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) awareness sessions in coordination with the project coordinator

  • Coordinate with service providers for timely referrals, follow-up, and information sharing

  • Manage confidential case files and reports using the GBV Information Management System (GBVIMS)

  • Participate in hotline management and maintain survivor-centered approaches ensuring confidentiality and non-discrimination

  • Attend meetings and training sessions, provide regular updates to coordinators and supervisors
