انتخاب عبد الله كبارة رئيسًا لبلدية الميناء ورامي دبس نائبًا للرئيس بإجماع المجلس
في جلسة انتخابية رسمية عقدت في سرايا طرابلس، تم انتخاب عبد الله كبارة رئيسًا لبلدية الميناء بعد حصوله على ثقة غالبية أعضاء المجلس البلدي المنتخبين بـ 13 صوتًا، بينما نال المهندس فادي السيد 8 أصوات. كما تم انتخاب رامي دبس نائبًا للرئيس بالإجماع، مما يعكس توافق المجلس على قيادتهما.
أُشرفت على العملية الانتخابية محافظ الشمال بالإنابة، إيمان الرافعي، بحضور رئيس دائرة البلديات في المحافظة، ملحم ملحم، وأمين سر عام محافظة الشمال.
وفي كلمة لها عقب إعلان النتائج، أكدت المحافظ الرافعي على أهمية توحيد الجهود بين أعضاء المجلس البلدي للنهوض بمدينة الميناء، مشددة على ضرورة العمل الجماعي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وتطوير آفاق المدينة.
هذا الانتخاب يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز الحكم المحلي في الميناء، ويعكس الثقة بمقدرة القيادة الجديدة على خدمة المدينة وأهلها.
Abdullah Kabbara Elected Mayor of Al-Mina Municipality; Rami Debs Unanimously Elected Deputy Mayor
In an official electoral session held at Tripoli’s Saraya, Abdullah Kabbara was elected as Mayor of Al-Mina Municipality, securing the confidence of 13 out of the elected municipal council members, while Engineer Fadi Al-Sayed received 8 votes. Additionally, Rami Debs was unanimously elected Deputy Mayor, reflecting council consensus on their leadership.
The electoral process was supervised by Acting Governor of the North, Iman Al-Rafii, in the presence of Melhem Melhem, Head of the Municipalities Department in the governorate, and the Secretary General of the North Governorate.
Following the results announcement, Governor Al-Rafii emphasized the importance of unifying efforts among the municipal council members to advance the city of Al-Mina, stressing the need for collective work to achieve sustainable development and enhance the city’s prospects.
This election marks a significant step in strengthening local governance in Al-Mina and reflects confidence in the new leadership’s ability to serve the city and its residents effectively.
