• الراتب: 6 دولار أمريكي/الساعة

• درجة التعليم: ثانوية

الوظائف الرئيسية:

1. جمع البيانات:

   • حضور جلسات تدريبية إلزامية تتعلق بالاعتبارات الأخلاقية وبروتوكولات جمع البيانات.

   • تنفيذ استبيانات، مقابلات منطقية شبه هيكلية، ومناقشات مجموعات التركيز (FGDs) مع المشاركين، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الأخلاقيات وبروتوكولات الحماية.

   • التأكد من الحصول على الموافقة المستنيرة من المشاركين قبل البدء في جمع البيانات.

2. النسخ والترجمة:

   • تدوين الملاحظات بوضوح أو نسخ التسجيلات الصوتية من اللغة العربية إلى نص مكتوب دقيق (بالعربية أو الإنجليزية حسب الحاجة).

   • ترجمة نصوص المقابلات والمجموعات التركيزية إلى الإنجليزية أو العربية مع الحفاظ على الدقة والنية الأصلية للمعنى.

3. إعداد التقارير والتوثيق:

   • تحضير ملاحظات ميدانية يومية وملخصات للمقابلات و(الـFGDs).

   • الإبلاغ عن أي تحديات أو حوادث أو انحرافات عن البروتوكولات للفريق البحثي في الوقت المناسب.

4. التنسيق الميداني:

   • التنسيق اللوجستي للمقابلات ومجموعات التركيز، بما في ذلك جدولة المشاركين.

   • دعم التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي والقادة المحليين أو المنظمات الشريكة خلال العمل الميداني.

5. متابعة المشاركين:

   • إجراء مكالمات متابعة أو زيارات لتوضيح البيانات وضمان استمرار الموافقة.

   • الحفاظ على التواصل المحترم والمراعاة الثقافية مع جميع المشاركين طوال عملية جمع البيانات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة عملية في جمع البيانات أو البحث الكمي والنوعي في بيئات إنسانية أو تنموية.

• إلمام بالتكنولوجيا واستخدام الأجهزة اللوحية.

• مهارات في إدخال البيانات والنسخ وحفظ السجلات.

• إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة، ويفضل معرفة جيدة بالإنجليزية.

• رخصة قيادة شخصية ووجود سيارة شخصية.

• احترام الحساسية الثقافية والقدرة على التواصل مع المستفيدين بشكل محترم.

• مهارات الاستماع النشط والقدرة على الاستجابة لاستفسارات المستفيدين بشكل مهني.

• القدرة على جمع المعلومات بشكل موضوعي وحساس.

• مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل مع المجتمعات المتنوعة بما في ذلك الفئات الضعيفة.

• إلمام بمعايير البحث الأخلاقي، بما في ذلك السرية والموافقة المستنيرة وحماية الأطفال والشباب.

“Casual Worker Positions Available in Akkar, Lebanon with World Vision: Data Collection for Humanitarian Research”

World Vision Lebanon is seeking to hire casual workers for a part-time role in Akkar, Lebanon, to support a research project focused on understanding food security dynamics and humanitarian aid access among affected populations.

Position:

• Casual Workers

• Sector: Human Rights and Protection

• Contract Type: Part-time

• Duration: 3 months

• Salary: $6 USD/Hour

• Salary Range: Less than $800 USD monthly

Requirements:

• Education Level: High School

• Experience: 1-2 years

• Arabic: Fluent

• English: Excellent

• French: Basic

• Location: Akkar, Lebanon

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection:

   • Attend mandatory training sessions on ethical considerations and data collection protocols.

   • Administer surveys, conduct structured and semi-structured interviews, and focus group discussions (FGDs) with research participants, following ethical standards and safeguarding protocols.

   • Ensure informed consent is obtained before participation.

2. Transcription and Translation:

   • Take clear written notes or transcribe audio recordings from Arabic into clear, accurate written form (Arabic and/or English as needed).

   • Translate interview and FGD transcripts into English or Arabic, maintaining nuance and fidelity to the original meaning.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Prepare daily field notes and summaries of interviews/FGDs.

   • Report any challenges, incidents, or deviations from protocols to the research team in a timely manner.

4. On-site Coordination:

   • Coordinate logistics for interviews and FGDs, including participant scheduling.

   • Support communication with community members, local leaders, or partner organizations during fieldwork.

5. Participant Follow-up:

   • Conduct follow-up calls or visits (where necessary) to clarify data and ensure continued consent.

   • Maintain respectful and culturally sensitive engagement with all participants throughout the process.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Undergraduate Degree

• Experience in fieldwork (quantitative and qualitative research, MEAL, or similar data collection tasks in humanitarian or development settings).

• Good understanding of technology, including the use of tablets.

• Experience in data entry, transcription, and maintaining records.

• Fluent in Arabic, working knowledge of English (especially for transcription/translation).

• Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

• Respect for cultural sensitivities and the ability to engage with beneficiaries with dignity.

• Active listening skills and the ability to respond to beneficiary inquiries professionally.

• Ability to gather information objectively and sensitively.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse communities, including vulnerable populations.

• Familiarity with ethical research standards, including confidentiality, informed consent, and safeguarding (especially of children and youth).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines and in changing field environments.
