تبحث منظمة AICA عن منسق/ة لمركز للعمل في طرابلس الشمال – جبل محسن – المنكوبين. ستكون مسؤوليات المنسق/ة الرئيسية هي إدارة العمليات اليومية للمركز، وتنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية والتنسيق مع الشركاء المحليين، لضمان تحقيق أهداف المشروع وتقديم خدمات تعليمية عالية الجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة المركز والعمليات:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية وإدارة المركز.

• تطوير استراتيجية الأنشطة بما يتماشى مع أهداف المشروع.

• إدارة فريق العمل في المركز وضمان توفير الدعم اللازم وتدريبهم.

تنفيذ الأنشطة التعليمية والتنسيق:

• تنسيق الأنشطة التعليمية التي تتضمن منظور الحماية.

• العمل بشكل وثيق مع السلطات المحلية والشركاء المجتمعيين لضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة.

• متابعة تسجيل الحضور، والتغذية الراجعة، والتقارير البرمجية.

التواصل مع المجتمع والمساءلة:

• تشجيع المشاركة المجتمعية والتفاعل مع العائلات لتحسين الخدمات.

• تقديم جلسات توعية واجتماعات مجتمعية.

المراقبة والتقييم والتقارير:

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لأنشطة المركز وبيانات المستفيدين.

• إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية عن أداء المركز.

• ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المراقبة والتقييم الخاصة بالمنظمة.

الامتثال وحماية الطفل:

• تنفيذ سياسات الحماية الخاصة بمنظمة AICA.

• الإبلاغ عن أي سوء سلوك أو مخاطر تتعلق بالإساءة أو السلامة.

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) is a nonprofit organization based in North Lebanon, particularly in Jabal Mohsen, focused on providing support to displaced Syrian children and vulnerable host communities. Through the Education in Emergency (EiE) project funded by CRS, the organization aims to provide structured learning opportunities, enhance child protection, and ensure household stability through integrated education and well-being interventions.

AICA is seeking a Center Coordinator to oversee daily operations, program implementation, and reporting in Tripoli, North Lebanon – Jabal Mohsen. This role is critical to ensure high-quality educational services, alignment with EiE standards, and operational efficiency. The coordinator will be responsible for strategic planning, team supervision, coordination with local authorities, and ensuring compliance with AICA and CRS requirements.

Job Details:

• Position Title: Center Coordinator

• Sector: Education

• Contract Duration: 5 months

• Salary: $600 USD per month

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in education or a related social development field (such as Mathematics, Arabic Literature, English Literature, Social Sciences, etc.)

• Experience Required: 2-3 years in community work or working with vulnerable groups

• Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (French is not required)

• Location: Tripoli, North Lebanon – Jabal Mohsen

Key Responsibilities:

Center Management & Operations:

• Oversee daily operations and manage the center’s activities.

• Develop and implement the center’s activity strategy aligned with project goals.

• Manage and support the center staff, ensuring clarity of roles and capacity building.

Program Coordination & Implementation:

• Coordinate educational activities with a protection lens, working with local authorities and community stakeholders.

• Ensure all activities align with AICA’s project framework.

• Maintain and monitor center records, including attendance, feedback, and program reports.

Community Engagement & Accountability:

• Encourage community participation and feedback to improve services.

• Organize awareness sessions and community meetings.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of center activities and beneficiary data.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to AICA’s Program Manager.

• Ensure compliance with AICA’s M&E requirements.

Compliance & Safeguarding:

• Enforce AICA’s safeguarding policies.

• Prevent and report any misconduct, SEA, or safety concerns.
