إقرار تعويضات مؤقتة للعاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم: المرسوم رقم 189 خطوة لدعم القطاع التربوي

صدر في الجريدة الرسمية العدد 16 بتاريخ 17/4/2025، المرسوم رقم 189 الذي يقضي بمنح تعويضات مؤقتة لجميع العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. يشمل المرسوم فئات متعددة من العاملين، بما في ذلك الأساتذة والمعلمون والمديرون والمتعاقدون والمستخدمون في الوزارة. ويأتي هذا المرسوم كجزء من جهود الحكومة لدعم العاملين في القطاع التربوي، خاصة في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد.

يتضمن المرسوم تسع مواد تحدد التعويضات المقررة لكل فئة من فئات العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. وفقًا لهذا المرسوم، سيستفيد الملاك وسائر العاملين في الوزارة من هذه التعويضات اعتبارًا من الأول من شباط 2025. أما المتعاقدون بالساعة، فسيتم بدء تعويضاتهم من الأول من تشرين الأول 2024، مع إضافة تعويض بنفس القيمة اعتبارًا من 1 شباط 2025.

كما قامت وزيرة التربية والتعليم العالي، ريما كرامي، بإعطاء توجيهاتها بخصوص المرسوم، وتم إعداد القرار التنفيذي الذي يحدد شروط استفادة العاملين في الوزارة من أحكام المرسوم رقم 189. ويهدف هذا المرسوم إلى دعم العاملين في القطاع التربوي ومساعدتهم في مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية الحالية التي تؤثر على دخلهم وظروفهم المعيشية.

تُعتبر هذه الخطوة جزءًا من جهود الحكومة لتعزيز وضع العاملين في القطاع العام وتقديم الدعم اللازم لمواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية التي تضع ضغطًا كبيرًا على العديد من الفئات العاملة في الدولة. من المتوقع أن يسهم هذا المرسوم في تحسين أوضاع العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم في لبنان ويعزز قدرتهم على مواصلة العمل بكفاءة في ظل الأزمات الاقتصادية.

Approval of Temporary Compensation for Employees in the Ministry of Education: Decree No. 189 Supports the Educational Sector

Decree No. 189 was published in the Official Gazette, Issue 16, on 17/4/2025, granting temporary compensation to all employees in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. The decree covers a wide range of employees, including teachers, professors, school principals, contractors, and workers. This decree is part of the government's efforts to support employees in the educational sector, especially amid the difficult economic conditions the country is facing.

The decree consists of nine articles that specify the compensation for each category of workers within the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. According to the decree, permanent employees and other workers in the ministry will begin receiving these compensations starting from February 1, 2025. For hourly contractors, their compensation will start from October 1, 2024, with an additional compensation of the same value starting from February 1, 2025.

Minister of Education and Higher Education, Reema Karami, issued instructions regarding the decree, and an executive decision has been prepared to define the conditions for employees to benefit from the provisions of Decree No. 189. This decree aims to support employees in the educational sector and assist them in coping with the current economic challenges affecting their incomes and living conditions.
