“لا غبن لأحد بعد اليوم”… سلام يحدّد ثلاث أولويات لإنقاذ الجنوب!
في خطوة هامة لتوجيه الاهتمام إلى قضايا الجنوب اللبناني، حيّا رئيس مجلس الوزراء نواف سلام أهالي قرى الجنوب على تمسكهم بأرضهم وقراهم، وذلك خلال استقباله وفدًا من رؤساء بلديات القرى الحدودية. هذا اللقاء يأتي في وقتٍ حساس، حيث تعمل الحكومة اللبنانية على دعم هذه المناطق التي تعاني من تحديات متعددة.
وأكد سلام دعمه الكامل لأهالي الجنوب، مشددًا على ضرورة حصولهم على الدعم اللازم من الدولة اللبنانية للبقاء في أراضيهم وإعادة إعمار ما تهدم نتيجة الأزمات المتتالية. وضمن هذا السياق، شدد رئيس الحكومة على أنه لن يكون هناك “غبن” لأحد من الأهالي في عملية إعادة الإعمار، حيث سيكون هناك توزيع عادل للمساعدات بين القرى.
وأضاف رئيس الحكومة أن المساعي الرسمية لا تتوقف، وأن الحكومة اللبنانية تعمل بشكل مستمر على إنهاء الوجود الإسرائيلي في الجنوب بشكل كامل. وأوضح سلام أن عملية إعادة الإعمار ستشمل إصلاح البنى التحتية الأساسية مثل الطرقات، والمياه، والكهرباء، والاتصالات، مشيرًا إلى أن خطة مع البنك الدولي يتم العمل عليها لتضمن العدالة في توزيع المشاريع بين القرى والبلدات المتضررة.
وأشار الرئيس سلام إلى ثلاث أولويات أساسية للجنوب:

العدالة في توزيع المساعدات: حيث أكد التزام الحكومة التام بإعادة الإعمار والتوزيع العادل للمساعدات.

تأمين الاستقرار: من خلال اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان سلامة الأهالي وكرامتهم في مناطقهم.

الانتخابات البلدية: حيث شدد على ضرورة إجراء الانتخابات البلدية في موعدها، داعيًا إلى المشاركة الفاعلة من قبل جميع المواطنين في هذه الانتخابات.
وفي حديثه، قال رئيس بلدية كفرشوبا الدكتور قاسم القادري باسم الوفد: “تشرفنا بلقاء الرئيس سلام كوفد من القرى الحدودية التي تعاني أوضاعًا صعبة، حيث نواجه غيابًا للمياه والكهرباء، إضافة إلى عدم وجود البنى التحتية اللازمة، ما يزيد من معاناتنا”. كما أضاف: “لقد بحثنا مع الرئيس مسألة التعويضات المتأخرة، حيث أن حضور الدولة في قرانا لا يزال خجولًا، ولم يتم بعد الكشف على جميع الأضرار، ولا تزال المساعدات تقتصر على المواد الغذائية، رغم أن احتياجاتنا الأساسية تتعلق بالبنى التحتية، والكهرباء، والمياه”.
وختم القادري بتجديد المطالبة بأن تصب المساعدات الدولية من الهيئات والجمعيات في تلبية هذه الحاجات الأساسية. كما شدد على ضرورة تعيين منسق من القرى الحدودية لربط بين الوزارات والقيادات الأمنية والعسكرية، لتسريع التنسيق في معالجة التحديات المتنامية.
“No More Injustice”… Salam Sets Three Priorities to Rescue the South!
In a crucial step to address the challenges of southern Lebanon, Prime Minister Nawaf Salam praised the people of the southern villages for their steadfastness in their lands and villages during a meeting with a delegation from the mayors of the border villages. This meeting comes at a critical time as the Lebanese government focuses on supporting these areas, which are facing multiple challenges.
Salam affirmed his full support for the people of the South, stressing the necessity of providing them with the required state support to help them remain in their lands and rebuild what has been destroyed due to the successive crises. In this context, the Prime Minister emphasized that there would be “no injustice” to any of the people in the reconstruction process, ensuring fair distribution of assistance among the villages.
The Prime Minister also mentioned that the government’s official efforts remain focused on ending the Israeli presence in the South once and for all. He explained that the reconstruction process would include repairing essential infrastructure such as roads, water, electricity, and communications, pointing out that a plan with the World Bank is being developed to ensure justice in distributing projects among the affected villages and towns.
Salam highlighted three main priorities for the South:

Justice in the Distribution of Aid: He confirmed the government’s full commitment to reconstruction and fair distribution of aid.

Securing Stability: By taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety and dignity of the people in their regions.

Municipal Elections: He emphasized that the municipal elections will be held on time, urging active participation from all citizens in these elections.
In his statement, the mayor of Kfar Shuba, Dr. Qassem Al-Qadri, representing the delegation, said: “We were honored to meet with President Salam as a delegation from the border villages that are facing difficult conditions, with a lack of water, electricity, and infrastructure, adding to our suffering.” He continued: “We discussed with the President the delayed compensations, as the state’s presence in our villages is still limited, and the damage assessment is not yet complete, while the aid remains limited to food supplies, although our basic needs are related to infrastructure, electricity, and water.”
Al-Qadri concluded by reiterating the call for international aid from organizations and associations to focus on meeting these essential needs. He also stressed the importance of appointing a coordinator from the border villages to link between ministries, security, and military leaders to expedite coordination in addressing the growing challenges.
