رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام: “لا شطب للودائع” ونسعى لإعادة الإعمار بدعم البنك الدولي
أكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء اللبناني، نواف سلام، اليوم الجمعة، أنه في تواصل مستمر مع البنك الدولي تمهيدًا لإقرار تخصيص مبلغ أولي قدره 250 مليون دولار، واعتماد منهجية لإعادة الإعمار. وأوضح سلام أنه من المتوقع أن يُبت في هذا التخصيص خلال اجتماعات البنك الدولي المقررة في نهاية نيسان المقبل.

وأشار سلام إلى أن المرحلة التالية من عملية إعادة الإعمار ستشهد اجتماعًا مع كبار المانحين بهدف جمع مليار دولار كخطوة أولى. بعد ذلك، سيتم عقد مؤتمر لإعادة الإعمار، بالتوازي مع إجراءات داخلية لتفعيل دور مجلس الإنماء والإعمار. ولفت إلى أن آلية التعيينات الحكومية ستكون المدخل الفعلي لتنفيذ هذه الخطط، مع فتح باب الترشح لمراكز رئيس وأعضاء المجلس.

فيما يخص قضية الودائع، شدد سلام على أن الحكومة ملتزمة بعدم وجود شطب للودائع، قائلاً: “سنشطب كلمة شطب الودائع”. وأضاف أن الحكومة ستعمل على إيجاد حل منصف للمودعين يضمن تحرير ودائعهم بشكل عادل. كما أشار إلى انطلاق مسار الإصلاح المالي في البلاد عبر إعادة التفاوض مع صندوق النقد الدولي، وإعداد مشاريع القوانين الإصلاحية، وفي مقدمتها قانون جديد لرفع السرية المصرفية.

على الصعيد الانتخابي، أكد سلام أن الانتخابات البلدية ستُجرى في موعدها المحدد، مشددًا على أن مسألة التأجيل تعود إلى المجلس النيابي وليس إلى الحكومة، التي تسعى دائمًا إلى احترام جميع الاستحقاقات الانتخابية.
لبنان نحو الدولة الرقمية
في مجال التحول الرقمي، أعلن سلام عن وضع آلية تنفيذية للانتقال بلبنان إلى الدولة الرقمية، مشيرًا إلى أن وزارة الدولة لشؤون تكنولوجيا المعلومات والذكاء الاصطناعي ستتحول قريبًا إلى وزارة مستقلة ذات صلاحيات كاملة.
تعزيز حقوق المغتربين
من جهة أخرى، أكد رئيس الحكومة دعمه لحق المغتربين في التصويت على كامل المقاعد النيابية الـ128 في الانتخابات القادمة، مشيرًا إلى أن تخصيص ستة مقاعد فقط للمغتربين أمر غير عادل، حيث يمثلون نحو مليون و100 ألف ناخب في الخارج.

Mikati also pointed to the launch of financial reforms through re-negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the preparation of reform laws, including a new law for lifting banking secrecy.
Municipal Elections Will Be Held on Time
On the electoral front, Mikati confirmed that the municipal elections will take place on schedule, stressing that any potential delay falls under the responsibility of the Lebanese Parliament, not the government, which is committed to respecting all electoral deadlines.
Lebanon Moving Towards a Digital State
In terms of digital transformation, Mikati revealed that an executive plan is being developed to transition Lebanon to a digital state, adding that the Ministry of State for Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence will soon become an independent ministry with full powers.

Mikati also expressed his support for the expatriates' right to vote for all 128 parliamentary seats in the upcoming elections, pointing out that granting only six seats to expatriates is unfair, as they represent around 1.1 million voters abroad.
