الوصف الوظيفي:

يعلن المركز اللبناني لحقوق الإنسان (CLDH) عن فرص عمل شاغرة في مجال العمل الاجتماعي حيث يسعى المركز لتوظيف اختصاصيين في العمل الاجتماعي لدعم العديد من الأنشطة والبرامج الإنسانية التي تركز على حماية حقوق الإنسان، والصحة النفسية، وإعادة تأهيل ضحايا التعذيب. سيكون المرشحون في هذه الوظيفة جزءًا من فريق مميز لدعم المبادرات الإنسانية وتوفير الدعم الاجتماعي والنفسي للأشخاص المتأثرين بالممارسات غير الإنسانية في لبنان.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

إدارة الحالات والدعم الاجتماعي:
- التعرف على الحالات المحتملة من خلال إحالات داخلية وخارجية، وزيارات لمراكز الاحتجاز والسجون في منطقة BML.
- إجراء تقييمات شاملة وتطوير خطط حالة فردية لتلبية احتياجات المستفيدين.
- تقديم الدعم النفسي الاجتماعي للمستفيدين داخل مراكز الاحتجاز والسجون، بما في ذلك الإرشاد، التدخل في الأزمات، وتوفير المعلومات حول الموارد المتاحة.
- التعامل مع المستفيدين عبر المكالمات الهاتفية، الإحالات، والزيارات الميدانية.
- ضمان سرية الحالات وإبلاغ الفريق المعني بالتحديثات.
برامج إعادة التوطين والمسارات البديلة:
- تحديد اللاجئين الأكثر عرضة للخطر الذين يحتاجون إلى إعادة توطين وتقييم أهليتهم وفقًا لمعايير البرنامج.
- إجراء مقابلات لتقييم توافق الحالات مع معايير برنامج إعادة التوطين الأمريكي (USRAP).
- متابعة الحالات وتقديم الدعم الاجتماعي والتدخلات اللازمة.
- التنسيق مع أعضاء الفريق، بما في ذلك الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين، الأطباء النفسيين، الأطباء العامين، وأخصائيي العلاج الفيزيائي.
المهام العامة والتمثيل:
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التنظيمية للمركز مثل الفعاليات، التدريب، الاجتماعات الشهرية للفريق.
- حضور وإتمام الدورات التدريبية الداخلية والخارجية.
- تقرير انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان لفريق الاتصالات والمناصرة.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات مع مجموعات العمل والنوادي ذات الصلة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

التعليم: درجة جامعية في العمل الاجتماعي (إلزامي).
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نفس المجال.
المهارات التقنية: خبرة جيدة في تقييم الحالات وإدارة القضايا، والمعرفة الجيدة في إدارة الحالات.
اللغات: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا) مطلوب. الفرنسية ميزة إضافية.
المهارات الشخصية: مهارات الاستماع والتواصل الممتازة، القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق، مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت، ومهارات حل المشكلات.

Job Description:

The Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH) is hiring Social Workers to support the execution of various humanitarian programs focused on human rights protection, mental health, and rehabilitation of torture victims. The Social Worker will provide essential social and psychological support to beneficiaries, assist in case management, and contribute to the organization’s mission to uphold human rights standards in Lebanon.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management and Social Support:
- Identify potential cases via internal and external referrals, and visits to detention centers and prisons in the BML area.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized case plans to address beneficiaries’ needs.
- Provide psychosocial support, including counseling, crisis intervention, and information on available resources for detainees and prisoners.
- Engage with beneficiaries via phone, referrals, and field visits.
- Ensure case confidentiality and provide updates to relevant team members.
Resettlement Programs and Complementary Pathways:
- Identify vulnerable refugees in need of resettlement and assess eligibility per program criteria.
- Conduct interviews to assess cases for referral to the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP).
- Ensure follow-up with cases, offering social support and necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Social Worker, psychologists, general practitioners, and physiotherapists.
General Duties and Representation:
- Participate in CLDH activities such as events, training, and monthly team meetings.
- Complete mandatory internal and external training sessions.
- Report human rights violations to the Communications and Advocacy team.
- Attend working group meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: University degree in Social Work (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical Skills: Good experience in case assessments and case management, with knowledge of detention center interventions.
Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written). French is an asset.
Personal Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, strong organization and time management skills, proactive problem-solving abilities.
