في خطوة تعتبر من الأهمية بمكان، أكدت وزيرة التربية والتعليم العالي، ريما كرامي، في تصريحها لـ”ليبانون ديبايت”، أن مجلس الوزراء قد أقرّ أمرًا هامًا يتعلق بالمعلمين والمتعاقدين في المدارس والمعاهد الفنية والمناطق التربوية، إضافة إلى الإداريين العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. هذا القرار سيحمل تغييرات مهمة من شأنها تحسين وضع المعلمين في القطاع العام.

أما فيما يخص بدل الإنتاجية، فقد أوضحت الوزيرة كرامي أنه سيتم اعتماد صيغة جديدة لصرف هذه التعويضات، حيث ستتغير طريقة الدفع بحيث يتم الدفع بشكل مباشر من الموازنة العامة للدولة، وهي نفس الطريقة التي يتم بها صرف الرواتب. وأشارت إلى أن موظفي الملاك سيحصلون على تعويض المثابرة الذي تم تحديده في التعميم رقم 6. كما ستتم إضافة زيادة مؤقتة على أجر الساعة للأساتذة المتعاقدين. هذه الزيادة ستأخذ بعين الاعتبار الرتبة والدرجة الوظيفية لكل موظف، على أن يتم احتساب الدفع بداية من الشهر الجاري.
أهمية توقيع العقود للمتعاقدين:
في ختام حديثها، شددت الوزيرة كرامي على ضرورة توقيع العقود للمتعاقدين كي تتمكن الوزارة من المباشرة في صرف المدفوعات للمتعاقدين وفقًا للقرارات الجديدة التي تم إقرارها.
