في خطوة هامة لضمان سلامة الغذاء وحماية صحة المواطنين، قام مراقبو مصلحة الاقتصاد في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بتسجيل 5 محاضر ضبط ضد أصحاب محال للحلويات المتخصصة في الحلويات الرمضانية والقشطة، وذلك للمخالفة الصارخة للشروط الصحية ومعايير السلامة الغذائية.

جاءت هذه الحملة التفتيشية بعد أن أظهرت نتائج 5 عينات من أصل 15 عينة تم أخذها من مدينة صيدا عدم مطابقتها للمعايير الجرثومية الصحية المطلوبة. وقد تبيّن أن هذه المحال لم تلتزم بالمعايير الصحية الدقيقة التي تضمن سلامة وجودة المنتجات التي يتم بيعها للمستهلكين.
إجراءات صارمة بحق المخالفين
وبناءً على هذه المخالفات، تم توقيف المحال المخالفة فورًا عن إنتاج الأصناف غير المطابقة للشروط الصحية، مع تشديد الرقابة على المحال الأخرى لضمان تطبيق القوانين الصحية. كما تم اتخاذ قرار بسحب عينات جديدة من المحال في وقت لاحق، وذلك للتأكد من التزامهم بالمعايير الصحية والجرثومية اللازمة.

تأتي هذه الإجراءات في إطار التزام وزارة الاقتصاد والجهات الرقابية في لبنان بضمان سلامة وجودة المنتجات الغذائية، خاصة خلال فترات الأعياد، حيث تتزايد الطلب على الحلويات الرمضانية. يذكر أن هذه الحملة تعد جزءًا من سلسلة من الحملات التفتيشية التي تهدف إلى مكافحة الغش التجاري وضمان حق المستهلك في الحصول على منتجات غذائية آمنة.

This crackdown followed the results of 5 out of 15 samples collected from Sidon city, which failed to meet the required microbiological standards. It became evident that these candy shops had not adhered to the stringent health regulations that guarantee the safety and quality of the products sold to consumers.
