الوصف الوظيفي:

منظمة Terre des hommes (Tdh) – لوزان تبحث عن موظف/ة لتولي وظيفة مسؤول/ة حالة الأطفال والشباب (Senior CP Caseworker)، للعمل في مشاريعها في جنوب لبنان، بين صيدا وصور. سيقوم الموظف المختار بالإشراف على تنفيذ المشروع نيابة عن Tdh، وضمان التنسيق الفعال بين فرق العمل والمشاريع المحلية بما يتماشى مع التزام المنظمة بمعاييرها الدولية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • إدارة الحالات الفردية للأطفال والشباب: الإشراف على عملية إدارة الحالات للأطفال والشباب لضمان الالتزام بجميع خطوات إدارة الحالة والأدوات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
  • دعم الأسر والمقدمين للرعاية: ضمان المشاركة الفعالة للأسر والمقدمين للرعاية في عملية إدارة الحالات.
  • التنسيق الفعّال مع الفرق المختلفة: تشجيع التعاون الفعّال مع العمال الاجتماعيين ومقدمي الخدمات المشاركين في إدارة الحالات.
  • دعم الفريق: توفير الدعم والإرشاد للفريق العامل في إدارة الحالات لضمان التنفيذ السليم للممارسات.
  • الاحتفاظ بالمعايير الأخلاقية: ضمان الحفاظ على معايير أخلاقية ومهنية قوية خلال تنفيذ الأنشطة.
  • تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية: المساهمة في تعزيز العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المجتمعات وتعزيز الصمود داخل الأسر.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

  • المؤهل التعليمي: شهادة بكالوريوس في علم النفس أو العمل الاجتماعي أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في نفس المجال.
  • المهارات: إتقان إدارة الحالات والعمل مع الأطفال والشباب، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التواصل الممتازة.
  • اللغات: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (اللغة الفرنسية غير مطلوبة).

Job Description:

Terre des hommes (Tdh) – Lausanne is seeking a Senior CP Caseworker to work on its child protection projects in South Lebanon, covering the Saida-Tyre area. The selected candidate will represent Tdh and ensure smooth project implementation in alignment with the organization's international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual child protection cases: Supervise the case management process for children and youth, ensuring adherence to all case management steps, tools, and procedures.
  • Support families and caregivers: Ensure their active participation in the case management process.
  • Facilitate collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between caseworkers and service providers involved in case management.
  • Team support: Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth implementation of practices.
  • Ethical standards: Uphold strong ethical and professional standards while implementing the activities.
  • Strengthening social ties: Contribute to strengthening social relationships and community solidarity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in child protection or case management.
  • Skills: Proficient in case management, working with children and youth, and excellent communication.
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (French is not required).
