“الطاقة” تصدر تسعيرة المولدات الكهربائية لشهر شباط 2025
أصدرت وزارة الطاقة والمياه، عبر مكتبها الإعلامي، اليوم الجمعة، بيانًا رسميًا كشفت فيه عن التسعيرة الجديدة لتعرفات المولدات الكهربائية الخاصة لشهر شباط 2025. وتشمل التسعيرة مجموعة من الأسعار للمشتركين بناءً على مواقعهم الجغرافية واستهلاكهم الشهري، وجاءت الأسعار وفقًا لما يلي:
للمشتركين بالعدادات في المدن أو التجمعات السكانية المكتظة أو في الأماكن التي لا تتجاوز ارتفاعاتها 700 متر:
- قدرة 5 أمبير: 385,000 ل.ل. + المقطوعية الشهرية × 30.884 ل.ل. لكل كيلواط ساعة.
- قدرة 10 أمبير: 685,000 ل.ل. + المقطوعية الشهرية × 30.884 ل.ل. لكل كيلواط ساعة.
للمشتركين بالعدادات في القرى أو المناطق المتباعدة أو في الأماكن التي تزيد ارتفاعاتها عن 700 متر:
- قدرة 5 أمبير: 385,000 ل.ل. (ثابت) + المقطوعية الشهرية × 33.972 ل.ل. لكل كيلواط ساعة.
- قدرة 10 أمبير: 685,000 ل.ل. (ثابت) + المقطوعية الشهرية × 33.972 ل.ل. لكل كيلواط ساعة.
- كما تُضاف 300,000 ل.ل. على الشطر الثابت لكل 5 أمبير إضافي.
أوضحت الوزارة أن التسعيرة الجديدة تعتمد على متوسط سعر صفيحة المازوت (20 لترًا) لشهر شباط 2025، والتي بلغت 1,435,109 ل.ل. بعد احتساب جميع المصاريف والفوائد والتكاليف المرتبطة بالمولدات الكهربائية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم أخذ متوسط سعر الدولار في السوق الموازية بعين الاعتبار، والذي بلغ 89,700 ل.ل.
وأضافت الوزارة أن هذه التسعيرة تستند إلى الجدول الحسابي الذي اعتمدته وزارة الطاقة منذ 14 أكتوبر 2010، كما تتماشى مع القرار الصادر عن مجلس الوزراء في 14 ديسمبر 2011، والذي يحدد التدابير اللازمة لضبط تسعيرة المولدات الخاصة.
وفي إطار التوجيهات، دعت الوزارة أصحاب المولدات إلى الالتزام بقرار وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة الذي يقضي بتركيب العدادات لجميع المشتركين. وأشارت إلى أن هناك دراسة قيد التنفيذ حاليًا لتحديث معادلة التسعيرة بما يتناسب مع التغيرات في أسعار الصرف والوضع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في البلاد.
وفيما يخص المصاعد والأقسام المشتركة التي تعتمد على أنظمة كهربائية ثلاثية الأطوار (Triphase)، أكدت الوزارة أن الشق الثابت من التسعيرة يجب احتسابه بناءً على قدرة الطور الواحد فقط.
كما شددت الوزارة على أنه لا يجوز إضافة أي رسوم غير قانونية أو غير مبررة إلى التسعيرة، مثل ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو رسوم إضافية تحت أي مسمى. كذلك، تم التأكيد على ضرورة أن يتم احتساب التسعيرة بالليرة اللبنانية فقط، وعدم التسعير بالعملات الأجنبية.
وفي الختام، أكدت الوزارة على أهمية حماية المستهلك وضرورة تكثيف الرقابة على تطبيق التسعيرة الجديدة. وأوضحت أن أي مخالفة للقوانين أو التسعيرات ستكون موضع تدابير قانونية صارمة.

“Energy” Issues New Pricing for Private Generators for February 2025
The Ministry of Energy and Water issued an official statement today, Friday, revealing the new pricing structure for private generators for February 2025. The new rates include a set of prices for subscribers based on their geographical location and monthly consumption. The new pricing for February is as follows:
For subscribers with meters in cities or densely populated areas or at altitudes below 700 meters:
- 5 Amperes: 385,000 L.L. + monthly consumption × 30.884 L.L. per kWh.
- 10 Amperes: 685,000 L.L. + monthly consumption × 30.884 L.L. per kWh.
For subscribers with meters in villages, remote areas, or at altitudes over 700 meters:
- 5 Amperes: 385,000 L.L. (fixed) + monthly consumption × 33.972 L.L. per kWh.
- 10 Amperes: 685,000 L.L. (fixed) + monthly consumption × 33.972 L.L. per kWh.
- An additional 300,000 L.L. is added to the fixed part for every additional 5 Amperes.
The Ministry clarified that the new pricing is based on the average price of a 20-liter diesel fuel container for February 2025, which amounted to 1,435,109 L.L., after accounting for all expenses, benefits, and generator-related costs. In addition, the average dollar exchange rate in the parallel market, which stood at 89,700 L.L., was also taken into consideration.
Furthermore, the Ministry stated that these prices rely on the pricing table approved by the Ministry of Energy since October 14, 2010, and are in accordance with the Cabinet's decision issued on December 14, 2011, which outlines the necessary measures to regulate the pricing of private generators.
The Ministry also urged generator owners to comply with the Ministry of Economy and Trade's decision mandating the installation of meters for all subscribers. It noted that a comprehensive study is underway to update the pricing equation in line with fluctuations in exchange rates and the socio-economic situation in the country.
Regarding elevators and common areas using three-phase systems (Triphase), the Ministry confirmed that the fixed portion of the pricing should be calculated based on single-phase capacity only.
The Ministry also emphasized that no unlawful charges, such as unjustified VAT or additional fees under any pretext, should be added to the pricing, and pricing should only be conducted in Lebanese Pounds (L.L.), not foreign currencies.
In conclusion, the Ministry highlighted the importance of consumer protection and called for increased monitoring of the implementation of the new pricing. Any violations of the regulations or pricing guidelines will be subject to strict legal measures.
