إعلامية مصرية تحتجز في مطار بيروت بتهمة الاحتيال: ريهام سعيد تواجه دعوى نادر صعب
أوقفت السلطات الأمنية في مطار رفيق الحريري الدولي الإعلامية المصرية ريهام سعيد بناءً على مذكرة توقيف غيابية صادرة بحقها عن قاضي التحقيق في جبل لبنان، القاضي نديم الناشف، بتهمة الاحتيال، وذلك بسبب عدم دفعها المستحقات المتبقية عن عمليات التجميل التي أجرتها، والتي بلغت قيمتها 25 ألف دولار، حيث قامت بسداد مبلغ 10 آلاف دولار فقط.
وأوضحت مصادر قضائية أن الدعوى تعود إلى نيسان من العام 2023، بعد تقدم الطبيب الجراح نادر صعب بشكوى ضد سعيد بتهمة الاحتيال، على خلفية عدم دفع تكاليف عمليات التجميل التي أجراها لها. وأضافت المصادر أنه رغم استدعاء السعيد لحضور جلسات التحقيق، فإنها لم تحضر أيًا منها، مما دفع القاضي الناشف إلى إصدار مذكرة توقيف غيابية بحقها في 15 تشرين الأول من العام الماضي. كما أُحيلت الدعوى إلى الحاكم المنفرد الجزائي في بعبدا لمحاكمتها وفقًا للمادة 655 من قانون العقوبات اللبناني، التي تنص على عقوبة الحبس من 6 أشهر إلى 3 سنوات، مع فرض غرامة مالية تحددها المحكمة.
من جهة أخرى، كانت السعيد قد حضرت إلى لبنان للمثول أمام قاضي التحقيق الأول في جبل لبنان نقولا منصور في دعوى أخرى تقدم بها نادر صعب ضدها، تتهمه فيها بالتشهير عبر نشر صور وفيديوهات بعد عمليات التجميل، مدعية أنها تعرضت لتشوهات بسبب أخطاء طبية ارتكبها.
في سياق متصل، كانت السعيد قد تقدمت ببلاغ رسمي أمام النائب العام المصري ضد صعب، متهمة إياه بالتسبب لها في حروق وتشوهات نتيجة لأخطاء طبية. بعد توقيفها في مطار بيروت، نشرت السعيد منشورًا على حسابها الشخصي على “فايسبوك”، ناشدة السفارة المصرية في لبنان التدخل. وكتبت قائلةً: “نادر صعب استخدم نفوذه وأوقفني في المطار وأنا جئت لحضور جلسة… أنا ما بخافش يا نادر ويا رب تيجي تحضر المحاكمات في مصر زي ما باجي أنا للبنان… مهما تعمل أنت دكتور شوهتني وأخطأت طبياً”.
Egyptian TV Host Arrested at Beirut Airport on Fraud Charges: Reham Saeed Faces Nader Saab Lawsuit
The Lebanese security authorities at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport arrested Egyptian TV host Reham Saeed based on an absentee arrest warrant issued by the investigating judge in Mount Lebanon, Judge Nadim Nashif, on fraud charges. This is due to her failure to pay the remaining amount for cosmetic surgeries she underwent, totaling $25,000, of which she had only paid $10,000.
Court sources revealed that the lawsuit dates back to April 2023, when cosmetic surgeon Nader Saab filed a complaint against Saeed for fraud, claiming she had not paid for the cosmetic surgeries he performed on her. Despite being summoned to attend the investigation sessions, Saeed failed to appear, prompting Judge Nashif to issue an absentee arrest warrant for her on October 15 of the previous year. The case has been referred to the single criminal court in Baabda for trial under Article 655 of the Lebanese Penal Code, which carries a penalty of imprisonment ranging from six months to three years, along with a fine determined by the court.
Furthermore, Saeed had traveled to Lebanon to attend a hearing before Judge Naïm Mansour in another lawsuit filed by Nader Saab, accusing her of defamation through videos and photos posted after her surgeries, in which she claimed her face was mutilated.
In parallel, Saeed filed an official complaint with the Egyptian Public Prosecutor against Saab, accusing him of causing burns and deformities due to medical errors. Following her arrest at Beirut Airport, Saeed posted on her personal Facebook account, calling for the Egyptian Embassy’s intervention. She wrote: “Nader Saab used his influence and stopped me at the airport while I was coming to attend a session… I’m not afraid, Nader, and I hope you attend the trials in Egypt just as I come to Lebanon… No matter what you do, you're a doctor who disfigured me and made medical mistakes.”
