نبذة عن منظمة ISF

منظمة الإمام الصدر ISF هي منظمة غير حكومية تقدم الدعم والرعاية للنساء والفتيات اللواتي تعرضن للعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV). تقدم المنظمة خدمات مخصصة تشمل الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والطبّي، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع منظمات أخرى لتوفير الدعم الشامل.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية للوظيفة:

إدارة الحالات: تقديم خدمات إدارة الحالات الموجهة للناجيات من العنف، بما في ذلك تقييم الاحتياجات، وضع خطط الحالات، المتابعة، الإحالات، والإرشاد.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الحالات الفردية: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الحالات الخاصة بالنساء اللواتي يتم التعامل معهن في إطار إدارة الحالات.
متابعة التنفيذ: التأكد من المتابعة المنتظمة لتنفيذ خطة الحالة لكل امرأة على حدة.
التنسيق مع جهات الحماية الأخرى: التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية الأخرى لضمان تطبيق المعايير المشتركة مع مراعاة القضايا المتعلقة بالحماية.
الإحالة السرية: تقديم الإحالات السرية بناءً على مصلحة النساء إلى مقدمي خدمات آخرين كجزء من إدارة الحالة، والمتابعة لضمان تلقي الدعم الكامل بعد الإحالة.
استلام الحالات المحالة: استلام الحالات المحالة من جهات أخرى لتقديم الدعم الإداري اللازم.
بناء القدرات: تحديد ودعم المتطوعين المجتمعيين، وتعليمهم كيفية توفير المعلومات والإحالات للنساء المحتاجات.
إعداد وتقارير إدارة الحالات: إعداد تقارير دورية أسبوعية وشهرية حول إدارة الحالات.
إدخال البيانات: إدخال كافة البيانات بشكل منتظم وتقديمها للمشرف للمراجعة والموافقة.
تحليل الاتجاهات: إجراء تحليل للاتجاهات المتعلقة بالحالات كل ربع سنة لأغراض التعلم والتخطيط للبرامج المستقبلية.
الالتزام بمبادئ الحماية: الالتزام بمبادئ الحماية الخاصة بالعنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي (GBV).
مهام أخرى: أداء مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها حسب احتياجات المشروع.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

التعليم: بكالوريوس في العمل الاجتماعي الطبي أو العمل الاجتماعي.
الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في مجال العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
المهارات:
- إتقان اللغة العربية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
- معرفة جيدة بأساسيات إدارة الحالات في مجال الحماية.

About ISF

The Imam Sadr Foundation (ISF) is a non-governmental organization focused on providing support and care for women and girls who have experienced Gender-Based Violence (GBV). The organization offers tailored services including psychological, social, and medical support, and coordinates with other organizations to provide comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Provide survivor-centered case management services, including needs assessment, case plans, follow-up, referrals, and counseling.
Develop and Implement Case Plans: Develop and implement individual case planning for women in case management.
Follow-up: Ensure regular follow-up on the implementation of the case plan for each woman.
Coordinate with Other Protection Actors: Liaise with other protection actors to coordinate the implementation of common standards and address protection issues.
Confidential Referral: Provide confidential referrals based on the best interests of women to other service providers as part of case management; follow-up to ensure the cases receive adequate support post-referral.
Receive Referred Cases: Receive cases referred from other child protection services, safe houses, and service providers for case management as required.
Build Community Capacity: Identify and build the capacities of community volunteers, incentives to provide information and education, and how to refer women in need.
Case Management Records: Complete and maintain case management records and ensure they are stored in a safe and confidential manner.
Weekly and Monthly Reports: Submit weekly and monthly case management reports.
Data Entry: Input all data regularly and submit it to the supervisor for review and approval.
Incident Trends Analysis: Conduct quarterly incident trends analysis for learning purposes, future programming, and advocacy.
Adhere to GBV Protection Principles: Always adhere to the GBV protection guiding principles.
Other Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Social Work or Social Work.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Gender-Based Violence programs, including case management.
Skills:
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Very good proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of case management basics in protection.
