الوزير الأصغر سناً في “مسؤولية ثقيلة”!
أكد وزير الصحة العامة، الدكتور ركان ناصر الدين، في حديثه لإذاعة “سبوتنيك”، أن الاجتماع الأول لمجلس الوزراء شمل العديد من المواضيع المهمة، وكان أبرزها تشكيل لجنة لصياغة البيان الوزاري.
وأشار ناصر الدين إلى أن المناخ التوافقي الذي أفضى إلى تشكيل الحكومة سينعكس بشكل إيجابي على صيغة البيان الوزاري، متمنيًا أن يتوصل الجميع إلى صيغة ترضي كافة الأطراف. كما لفت إلى أن للإعلام دورًا كبيرًا في خلق جو إيجابي يعزز من نجاح الحكومة في إنجاز البيان الوزاري، مشددًا على أن الوزراء يسعون جاهدين للبدء في العمل الجاد عبر هذه الحكومة الجديدة.
وفيما يخص عمر الحكومة القصير، أكد ناصر الدين أنها ستتعامل بشكل واقعي مع التحديات التي تواجهها، حيث سيتم استثمار اللحظات الحالية لتحقيق المصلحة العامة في إطار تركيبة الحكومة الجديدة.
وقال وزير الصحة: “وزارة الصحة هي وزارة خدماتية، وأولوياتنا هي استكمال ما بدأه الوزير السابق، فراس الأبيض، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بالخطة الاستراتيجية التي وضعتها الوزارة، مع التركيز على تسهيل الأمور الحياتية للمواطنين”. وأضاف: “من ثم سنتوجه للعمل على إصلاح وتطوير القطاع الصحي في لبنان”.
وتحدث ناصر الدين عن مهمته الجديدة كوزير للصحة، حيث وصفها بأنها “مسؤولية ثقيلة”، لكنه عبر عن ثقته في قدرة الشباب اللبناني على ترك بصمة إيجابية في الشأن العام. وأكد أنه الأصغر سناً بين الوزراء، لكنه مؤمن بأن التعاون مع جميع الأطراف سيكون مفتاحًا للنجاح، خاصةً أن هذا القطاع يحتاج إلى جهود الجميع.
وأوضح الوزير أن القضايا الصحية التي تهم المواطن اللبناني بشكل كبير هي “الاستشفاء والدواء”، معلنًا عن بدء العمل على دراسات وخطط لمعالجة هذه القضايا، مع التركيز على الاستفادة من الفرص التمويلية الدولية.
وأشار ناصر الدين إلى أن الوزارة ستعمل على الاستفادة من الدراسات والإمكانات التي وضعتها الوزارة في فترة الوزير السابق، كما أنها ستسعى لتوفير فرص تمويل جديدة وابتكار أفكار تسهم في تحسين الخدمات الصحية في لبنان.
وفي ختام حديثه، أكد وزير الصحة أن الوزارة ستواصل دورها كجهة ناظمة للقطاع الصحي، وستستمر في التعاون مع النقابات الطبية والعمل على المشاركة في الرأي العام لخدمة صحة المواطنين. وأكد أن النجاح في هذا المجال يتطلب تعاونًا مستمرًا بين جميع الأطراف، وأن هذا التعاون سينعكس في تقديم خدمة صحية متميزة تلامس حاجات المواطنين.
The Youngest Minister in a “Heavy Responsibility”!
In a statement on Radio “Sputnik”, Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nasser al-Din, emphasized that the first meeting of the Cabinet covered several important topics, the most notable being the formation of a committee to draft the ministerial statement.
Dr. Nasser al-Din mentioned that the cooperative atmosphere that led to the formation of the government would positively impact the structure of the ministerial statement, wishing that all parties would agree on a formula that satisfies everyone. He also pointed out the significant role the media plays in creating a positive atmosphere that would help the government succeed in finalizing the ministerial statement. He stressed that the ministers are eager to begin their serious work under the new government.
Regarding the short duration of the government, Dr. Nasser al-Din noted that it would deal realistically with the challenges it faces, and it is essential to make the most of the current moments to serve the public interest within the new government structure.
The Health Minister said: “The Ministry of Health is a service-oriented ministry, and our priorities are to continue what the former minister, Firas Al-Abyad, started, especially regarding the strategic plan set by the ministry, with a focus on facilitating daily life for citizens.” He added: “Then we will focus on reforms and development in the health sector.”
Dr. Nasser al-Din discussed his new role as Minister of Health, describing it as a “heavy responsibility.” However, he expressed confidence in the ability of Lebanese youth to leave a positive mark in public affairs. He also mentioned that he is the youngest among the ministers but believes that cooperation with all parties will make the efforts more effective, especially since this sector requires the efforts of everyone.
The Minister highlighted that the key health concerns for Lebanese citizens are “hospitalization and medication,” announcing the start of studies and plans to address these issues, with a focus on benefiting from international funding opportunities.
Dr. Nasser al-Din clarified that the Ministry of Health will utilize the studies and resources provided during the previous minister's term and will also strive to secure new funding opportunities and innovate ideas that can help improve health services in Lebanon.
