القوات تغيّر موقفها… حزب الله يكشف تفاصيل الحرب والمفاوضات السياسية

صرّح نائب رئيس المجلس السياسي في حزب الله، محمود قماطي، في مقابلة مع قناة “OTV”، أن الحرب الإسرائيلية الأخيرة جاءت مفاجئة وغير متوقعة، حيث أوضح: “رؤيتنا كانت تشير إلى أن الأمور لن تتصاعد إلى هذا الحد. الحرب الاستباقية أثرت علينا بشكل مباشر، على الرغم من محاولاتنا الالتزام بحدود الإشغال”.
وأضاف قماطي أن الرئيس السابق ميشال عون كان على حق عندما أكد على ضرورة تجنب إدخال لبنان في مواجهة عسكرية واسعة، قائلاً: “عون حذّر من مخاطر توسع دائرة الحرب، وهو ما كان صائباً”.
تفاصيل المفاوضات السياسية
وعن المفاوضات السياسية، قال قماطي إن هناك رعاية دولية لتفاهم سياسي شارك فيه الرئيس نبيه بري والرئيس ميشال عون، مشيراً إلى أن الاتفاق كان يتضمن ترشيح جوزاف عون لرئاسة الجمهورية وعودة نجيب ميقاتي لرئاسة الحكومة، إلا أن البند الثاني من الاتفاق لم يُنفذ بسبب تدخلات إقليمية ودولية.
وأكد قماطي أن جوزاف عون لم يكن له دور في فشل الاتفاق، مشيراً إلى أن المسؤولية تقع على “العراب الإقليمي والدولي الذي أخلف بوعده”، لافتاً إلى أن القوات اللبنانية غيّرت موقفها بعد تدخل خارجي، ووافقت على ترشيح جوزاف عون “على مضض”.
وقف إطلاق النار: اتفاق جديد بين لبنان وإسرائيل
وعلى صعيد التطورات الحدودية، توصل لبنان وإسرائيل إلى اتفاق برعاية أميركية وفرنسية، ينص على وقف الأعمال العدائية لمدة 60 يوماً كمرحلة أولى لإقرار هدنة دائمة. الاتفاق يستند إلى قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 1701 الذي أنهى الحرب الشاملة بين الجانبين عام 2006.
وأشار الاتفاق إلى انسحاب مقاتلي حزب الله لمسافة 40 كيلومتراً من الحدود الإسرائيلية اللبنانية، مقابل انسحاب القوات البرية الإسرائيلية من الأراضي اللبنانية، ما يتيح استعادة الهدوء على جانبي الخط الأزرق.
البيان الأميركي-الفرنسي المشترك أكد أن الاتفاق “سيخلق الظروف المناسبة لعودة السكان إلى منازلهم بأمان”، وأن المرحلة المقبلة ستركز على تعزيز التهدئة واستقرار الحدود.
Lebanese Forces Change Position… Hezbollah Reveals War and Political Negotiation Details
In a recent interview with OTV, Hezbollah's Deputy Head of the Political Council, Mahmoud Qomati, described the recent Israeli war as unexpected. He stated, “Our assessment was that matters wouldn’t escalate to this level. The preemptive war directly impacted us, despite our attempts to limit involvement.”
Qomati further acknowledged former President Michel Aoun’s warnings, saying, “Aoun was right in emphasizing the need to avoid dragging Lebanon into a wide-scale war.”
Political Negotiations: Unfulfilled Promises
Qomati also revealed details about international mediation in a political agreement involving Speaker Nabih Berri and former President Michel Aoun. The deal initially included Joseph Aoun’s nomination for presidency and Najib Mikati’s return as prime minister. However, the second part of the agreement was derailed by regional and international interference.
He clarified that Joseph Aoun was not responsible for the agreement’s collapse, attributing the blame to the “regional and international mediators who failed to fulfill their promises.” Qomati also noted that the Lebanese Forces Party shifted its stance under external pressure, reluctantly agreeing to support Joseph Aoun’s nomination.
Ceasefire Agreement Between Lebanon and Israel
On the border front, Lebanon and Israel have reached an agreement, brokered by the U.S. and France, to implement a 60-day ceasefire as a step toward a lasting truce. This new arrangement builds on U.N. Security Council Resolution 1701, which ended the last full-scale conflict in 2006.
Under the agreement, Hezbollah fighters will withdraw 40 kilometers (25 miles) from the Lebanese-Israeli border, while Israeli ground forces will retreat from Lebanese territory. This arrangement aims to restore peace along the Blue Line and facilitate the safe return of residents on both sides.
The U.S.-French joint statement emphasized that this ceasefire will “create the conditions for lasting calm” and ensure the safe return of residents to their homes on both sides of the border. The next phase will focus on maintaining stability and border security.
