الوصف الوظيفي:

منظمة الميدان تسعى إلى تعيين معلمين/معلمات (ABLN Teacher) للعمل ضمن مشروع “مكاني” (Makani Project) في الشمال.
يهدف المشروع إلى تلبية احتياجات الأطفال والشباب في لبنان من خلال تقديم حزمة متكاملة من الخدمات التعليمية والتنموية عبر مراكز خدمات متعددة في منطقة الشمال (T5). تستهدف هذه المبادرة الأطفال والشباب المهمشين والضعفاء من مختلف الأعمار (0-18 سنة) بالإضافة إلى أولياء أمورهم، وتعمل على تقديم برامج متنوعة تشمل التعليم، حماية الطفل، تنمية الطفولة المبكرة، ومهارات الحياة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات منظمة الميدان.
الالتزام بسياسة حماية الطفل وتوقيع وثيقة مدونة السلوك.
ضمان سلامة وحماية الأطفال أثناء الأنشطة.
العمل بروح الفريق والتصرف بمهنية وأخلاقية تجاه جميع الأطراف.
تنفيذ البرنامج التعليمي الذي توفره المنظمة.
استهداف العدد المتفق عليه من الأطفال وأولياء الأمور.
إعداد الأنشطة وجدولها وفق خطة العمل المحددة.
إجراء التقييمات الأولية والنهائية لكل طفل في كل دورة.
تنظيم الأنشطة اليومية وضمان جاهزية الأدوات والمواد التعليمية.
دعم الأطفال في تطوير مهاراتهم العقلية والجسدية والاجتماعية.
تطبيق أساليب تعليمية متنوعة تراعي الاختلافات الفردية بين الأطفال.
تعزيز العلاقات الإيجابية مع عائلات الأطفال والمجتمع المحلي.
إعداد تقارير دورية (أسبوعية، شهرية، ربع سنوية) لتقييم الأنشطة وتحسينها.
الإبلاغ عن أي حالات إهمال أو إساءة للأطفال إلى المدير المباشر.
حضور الاجتماعات الأسبوعية والمساهمة في تحسين الأداء العام.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خلفية تعليمية مناسبة من جامعة أو معهد تقني (LT).
إلمام كبير باحتياجات الأطفال ومراحل نموهم.
القدرة على بناء علاقات فعالة مع الأطفال، الأهالي، والزملاء.
الكفاءة البدنية والعقلية لمتابعة شؤون الأطفال.
مهارات تواصل شفهي وكتابي متميزة.
خبرة في العمل الجماعي.
إجادة تامة للغات العربية، الإنجليزية، والفرنسية.

Job Description:

Al Midan NGO is hiring ABLN Teachers to work within the “Makani Project” in Northern Lebanon.
The Makani Project addresses the growing needs of children and youth through a Multi-Service Community Centre (MSCC) approach. This initiative delivers integrated services targeting marginalized and vulnerable children aged 0–18 years and their caregivers in safe spaces that offer education, child protection, early childhood development (ECD), life skills, and youth engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to Al Midan NGO’s policies and procedures.
Uphold the child protection policy and sign the code of conduct.
Ensure the safety and protection of children during activities.
Collaborate professionally and ethically with all stakeholders.
Implement the educational program provided by Al Midan.
Prepare and organize daily activities and materials.
Conduct initial and final assessments for each child during each cycle.
Support children in developing mental, physical, and social skills.
Apply diverse educational methods tailored to individual needs.
Maintain effective communication with children’s families and community members.
Submit regular reports to evaluate activity effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the team’s growth.

Qualifications:

Relevant educational background from a university or technical school (LT).
Solid understanding of children’s developmental needs and appropriate learning materials.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical and intellectual capacity to oversee children’s affairs.
Proven ability to work in teams.
Fluency in Arabic, English, and French.

Professional Standards:

Adherence to Al Midan’s policies on child protection, health and safety, and equal opportunities is mandatory.
Commitment to the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
