المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية:

1. تحليل البيانات وإدارتها:
  • جمع وتحليل بيانات الحماية المتعلقة بالنازحين داخليًا (IDPs) لتحديد الفجوات والتوجهات البارزة.
  • تقديم تحليلات منتظمة حول البيانات النوعية والكمية لدعم القرارات والمبادرات الإنسانية.
  • العمل مع فرق جمع البيانات لضمان دقة وجودة المعلومات المقدمة.
2. إعداد التقارير:
  • تطوير تقارير أسبوعية توضح التوجهات والاحتياجات في مجال الحماية.
  • إعداد تقارير شهرية وفصلية تسلط الضوء على الوضع الحالي للنازحين داخليًا، والتي تُرفع إلى الجهات المانحة ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة (UNHCR).
  • إنتاج تحليلات نوعية لدعم تطوير البرامج الإنسانية والسياسات ذات الصلة.
3. التنسيق والشبكات:
  • المشاركة في الاجتماعات الإقليمية مع مجموعة مرجعية مراقبة الحماية.
  • التنسيق مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى لجمع بيانات الحماية الخاصة بالنازحين داخليًا.
  • دعم تقديم النتائج والتحليلات إلى الجمهور الداخلي والخارجي بالتعاون مع أخصائي تحليل الحماية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

المهارات المهنية:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ أنشطة حماية إنسانية مع منظمات غير حكومية دولية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إعداد التقارير وإدارة البيانات، ويفضل في مجال الحماية.
  • إجادة مهارات الكتابة وإعداد التقارير باللغة الإنجليزية.
  • معرفة ببرامج التحليل وإدارة المعلومات مثل KOBO/Power BI وGoogle Data Studio.
  • كفاءة عالية في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office، خاصة Word وExcel.
  • فهم واضح لمبادئ الحماية الإنسانية ومعاييرها.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية منذ أكثر من عامين.
المهارات السلوكية:
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الثقافات.
  • القدرة على تنظيم الوقت وإدارة الأولويات بكفاءة.

INTERSOS, a renowned international humanitarian organization, is seeking a Protection Monitoring Reporting Officer to work in South Lebanon (Sidon). This role is focused on data analysis and reporting to support evidence-based humanitarian efforts and enhance protection for vulnerable groups.

Job Details:

  • Position: Protection Monitoring Reporting Officer
  • Location: Sidon – South Lebanon, with regular field visits
  • Contract Type: Full-time
  • Duration: December 16, 2024, to March 31, 2025 (Renewable based on performance and funding availability)

Main Responsibilities:

3. Coordination and Networking:

  • Coordinate with other NGOs involved in data collection for IDP protection monitoring.
  • Assist in presenting findings to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications:

Professional Competencies:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in humanitarian protection activities within an international NGO.
  • At least 2 years in reporting and data management, preferably within the protection sector.
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills in English.
  • Proficiency in software tools like KOBO, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
  • Strong understanding of protection principles and standards.
  • Valid driver’s license for over two years.
