الأمن الداخلي يوقف مواطنَين بتهمة زراعة الماريجوانا والإرشاد على تقنيات الزراعة

أعلنت المديرية العامة لقوى الأمن الداخلي – شعبة العلاقات العامة، اليوم الاثنين، في بيان لها عن نجاح جهود مكافحة تجارة وترويج المخدرات. وجاء في البيان أن مكتب مكافحة المخدرات المركزي تمكن من كشف نشاطات أحد الأشخاص، ويدعى “م. م.” (مواليد 1983، لبناني)، الذي يقوم بزراعة الماريجوانا وبيع بذورها في منزله في منطقة عمشيت.

بعد عملية مراقبة دقيقة، تم توقيف “م. م.” ومصادرة كميات من نباتات الماريجوانا وأدوات زراعية متطورة مخصصة لهذا الغرض في منزله، إضافةً إلى خيمة خارجية أعدّت خصيصًا لزراعة هذه النباتات. ووجدت أيضًا مواد مشبوهة وأخرى مصنعة جاهزة للتوزيع، بالإضافة إلى ثلاث موازين حساسة ومبلغ مالي.

اعترافات وتحقيقات

أثناء التحقيقات، اعترف “م. م.” بقيامه بزراعة الماريجوانا وبيع بذورها، كما أشار إلى أن شخصًا آخر يُدعى “ع. م.” (مواليد 1959، لبناني) قد ساعده من خلال تقديم الإرشادات الفنية في الزراعة وتزويده بالبذور. بناءً على هذه المعلومات، تم توقيف “ع. م.” في محلة ضبية، حيث اعترف بما نُسب إليه من تهم.

الإجراءات القانونية

بناءً على اعترافات الموقوفَين والأدلة المضبوطة، تم ختم الموقع بالشمع الأحمر وحجز سيارة المتهم. وجرى تحويل الموقوفَين إلى القضاء المختص لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهما.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division, announced today that in its continued efforts to combat drug trafficking, the Anti-Narcotics Bureau successfully identified and apprehended an individual named “M. M.” (born in 1983, Lebanese), involved in cultivating marijuana plants and selling their seeds from his residence in Amchit.

Operation Details

Following careful surveillance, authorities detained “M. M.” and seized quantities of marijuana plants, along with specialized tools for cultivation found both inside his residence and in an outdoor tent set up for the purpose. Additionally, suspicious materials and ready-to-distribute marijuana and hashish were discovered, alongside three precision scales and a sum of cash.

Confessions and Investigations

During interrogations, “M. M.” confessed to cultivating marijuana and selling its seeds, mentioning that another individual, “A. M.” (born in 1959, Lebanese), guided him with cultivation techniques and provided him with seeds. Based on this information, “A. M.” was arrested in Dbayeh and admitted to his role.

Legal Proceedings

In light of the confessions and evidence, the location was sealed, and the suspect’s vehicle was impounded. The detainees, along with the confiscated items, were referred to the competent judiciary for further legal action.
