كشفت مصادر عسكرية لبنانية اليوم عن توقيف 15 شخصاً للتحقيق معهم بشبهة التعامل مع إسرائيل، وذلك وفقاً لتقرير نشرته قناة “سكاي نيوز”. الشكوك تدور حول تورط هؤلاء الأفراد في تصوير مواقع استهدفتها الغارات الجوية الإسرائيلية أو توثيق آثار تلك الهجمات.

المصادر أضافت أن اثنين من الموقوفين، وهما من الجنسية السورية المقيمين في لبنان، تم تجنيدهما من قبل جهاز الموساد الإسرائيلي عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

وفي بيان للجيش اللبناني، أكدت مديرية المخابرات توقيف السوريين (م.ا.) و(ب.ع.)، بعدما تبين قيامهما بتصوير مواقع مختلفة في لبنان وتوثيق آثار الغارات الإسرائيلية ومتابعة عمليات الإنقاذ وانتشال الجثث للتحقق من نتائج الغارات.

جدير بالذكر أن السلطات الأمنية اللبنانية قامت على مر السنوات بتوقيف العديد من الأفراد المتورطين في التجسس لصالح إسرائيل، حيث صدرت بحق عدد منهم أحكام قضائية مشددة قد تصل إلى السجن لمدة 25 عاماً.

Lebanese military sources revealed today that 15 individuals have been detained for investigation on suspicion of collaborating with Israel, according to a report by Sky News. The suspects are believed to have been involved in photographing sites targeted by Israeli airstrikes or documenting the aftermath of those strikes.

According to the sources, two of the detainees, who are Syrian nationals residing in Lebanon, were recruited by the Israeli Mossad through social media platforms.

In a statement, the Lebanese Army confirmed that Military Intelligence had arrested the two Syrians (M.A.) and (B.A.) for photographing various sites and documenting the effects of Israeli airstrikes, as well as following up on rescue operations and the recovery of bodies to verify the strike outcomes.

It’s noteworthy that over the years, Lebanese security agencies have arrested dozens of individuals on suspicion of spying for Israel, with several receiving lengthy prison sentences, some up to 25 years.
