### **Position Overview:**
The **Information Technology (IT) Officer** is responsible for managing the IT team and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role focuses on aligning technologies with the organization's international standards. Key responsibilities include planning, budgeting, designing, implementing, and maintaining various IT systems to deliver an optimal user experience.
During major humanitarian emergencies, the IT Officer may be required to work beyond regular hours and adapt to changing work demands.

### **Key Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
– 2-3 years of experience in IT support.
– Proficiency in Microsoft systems management, including installing and managing servers.
– Experience with Linux operating systems setup and management.
– Knowledge of cloud computing (Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, AWS).
– Strong understanding of network security management, including protection against viruses and cyberattacks.
– Experience in data management, access control, and data backup systems.
– Expertise in system migration and upgrading IT infrastructure to meet modern standards.
– Familiarity with Microsoft software such as Exchange and Active Directory.
– Networking skills, including subnetting, routing, and network address translation (NAT).

– درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، علوم الحاسوب أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
– إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
– خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
– خبرة في إدارة أنظمة مايكروسوفت: إدارة الخوادم وتثبيت الخدمات.
– إدارة أنظمة تشغيل Linux.
– الحوسبة السحابية (Microsoft Azure، Google Compute Engine، و AWS).
– إدارة أمن الشبكات: حماية البيانات والشبكات من الفيروسات والهجمات الإلكترونية.
– خبرة في أنظمة المراقبة والتحكم: تركيب نظام CCTV كامل وإدارة الأبواب.
– خبرة في إدارة البيانات: إنشاء مخططات البيانات وتوزيع الصلاحيات وحماية البيانات.
– خبرة في نقل الأنظمة: مهارات في ترقية البيئة التقنية وفقًا للمعايير الحديثة.
– خبرة في برامج مايكروسوفت مثل Exchange وActive Directory.
