في مشهد مستفز من داخل مطار بيروت، طوابير طويلة من المواطنين المغادرين ينتظرون لساعات وصولهم إلى السوق الحرة بعد إجتياز نقاط التفتيش وختم جوازات سفرهم لعدة أسباب، منها سوء التنظيم والعدد القليل من الموظفين، بالرغم من أن رسم المرور من المطار هو الأغلى عالمياً.

نوع من الإذلال يشعر به اللبنانيون والأجانب الذين يغادرون لبنان في هذين اليومين، بسبب إضطرارهم للوقوف ساعات بإنتظار دورهم وهم لا يستطيعون ترك مكانهم حتى لا يضطروا إلى الوقوف في نهاية الطابور من جديد.

وهذا المشهد إستفز العديد من المعنيين بشؤون السفر، والذين سألوا عن الأسباب لعدم تفعيل العمل في ذروة الزحمة وفتح أكثر من مسار أمام المسافرين.

In a frustrating scene inside Beirut Airport, long lines of departing passengers are forced to wait for hours to reach the duty-free area after passing through security checks and having their passports stamped.
