تبحث منظمة “Save the Children” عن ضابط لحماية الأطفال ليتولى متابعة الأنشطة المتعلقة بحماية الأطفال اليومية، ودعم الشركاء المنفذين وقيادة التنفيذ المباشر في الميدان. يشمل برنامج حماية الأطفال إنشاء وتوسيع البرامج النفسية الاجتماعية للأطفال والشباب، بناء القدرات ودعم مقدمي الرعاية، والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة المجتمعيين والسلطات المحلية لتنفيذ المبادرات المجتمعية التي تعالج قضايا حماية الأطفال. يجب على ضابط حماية الأطفال التأكد من أن جميع جوانب العمل تتم وفقًا لسياسات منظمة “Save the Children”.

**المؤهلات المطلوبة:**

– درجة الماجستير في العمل الاجتماعي، علم النفس، أو دراسات ذات صلة، أو درجة البكالوريوس مع خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال حماية الأطفال.
– إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

**المهارات الأساسية:**

– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال حماية الأطفال.
– خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية.
– خبرة في البرامج النفسية الاجتماعية، تعبئة المجتمع والتنسيق مع السلطات المحلية في شمال لبنان وعكار.
– القدرة على كتابة تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية.
– معرفة قوية بالسياق الإنساني في شمال لبنان وعكار.

**المهارات المرغوبة:**

– خبرة في قيادة الفرق وإدارة خطط العمل البرامجية.

### **Child Protection Officer – North**

**Exciting Job Opportunity**

Save the Children is seeking a Child Protection Officer to oversee daily Child Protection activities, support implementing partners, and lead direct implementation in the field. The Child Protection program includes establishing and expanding psychosocial programming for children and youth, capacity building and support for caregivers, and coordinating with community stakeholders and local authorities to implement community initiatives addressing Child Protection issues. The Child Protection Officer should ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Save the Children’s Policies.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and adjust working hours as necessary.

**Qualifications Required:**

– Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in Child Protection.
– Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

**Essential Skills:**

– At least 3 years’ experience in the Child Protection field.
– At least one year of experience working with international NGOs.
– Experience in Psycho-Social Support programming, community mobilization, and coordination with local authorities in North Lebanon and Akkar.
– Ability to write weekly and monthly reports.
– Strong knowledge of the humanitarian context in North Lebanon and Akkar.

**Desirable Skills:**

– Experience in team leadership and handling program action plans.
– Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values, and principles, including rights-based approaches.
