**الوظيفة:**مدرسين/ت دعم بالرياضيات والعلوم (Math and Science Retention Support Tutor)
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
– تقديم الدعم الفعال والتسهيل للأطفال السوريين واللبنانيين.
– تنفيذ استراتيجيات ومنهجيات تدريس تركز على الطفل لدعم الأطفال في المواد التالية: اللغة العربية، الرياضيات، العلوم، الكيمياء، الفيزياء، والإنكليزية.
– حضور تدريبات المعلمين المعيارية من ADRA وأي تطورات مهنية أخرى، والموافقة على التوجيه والدعم الفني من قبل موظفي الدعم ومدير المشروع.
– الحفاظ على بيئة تعليمية آمنة وفعالة في الفضاء التعليمي، والامتثال لجميع سياسات وإرشادات حماية الطفل من ADRA.
– تعزيز الشراكة مع أولياء الأمور من خلال قنوات الاتصال المناسبة.
– تنفيذ منهج الدعم الاحتفاظي من IRC وإثراء المحتوى عند الحاجة، بما في ذلك إنتاج وتوزيع أوراق العمل والأنشطة التعليمية.
– تقييم إنجازات الأطفال التعليمية باستخدام أدوات تقييم مصممة بشكل جيد، في بداية ونهاية العام الدراسي، مع تقييمات دورية خلال العام.
– تنظيم خطط الدروس اليومية والشهرية.
– تنظيم اختبارات قبلية ووسطية ونهائية، وأوراق دعم تعليمية إضافية.
– ضمان الامتثال الصارم لسياسات حماية الطفل في ADRA لبنان في جميع الأوقات، بما في ذلك احترام السرية واتباع نهج يركز على الطفل.
– الاستجابة لأي مهام أخرى يعينها مدير المشروع.
**المتطلبات:**
– الالتزام والإبداع والقدرة على التواجد.
– خبرة سابقة في العمل مع الأطفال والشباب.
– سمعة جيدة في المجتمع.

**Position:**Math and Science Retention Support Tutor
**Major Responsibilities:**
– Provide effective support and facilitation to Syrian and Lebanese children.
– Implement child-centered teaching strategies and methodologies to support children in Arabic, Math, Science, Chemistry, Physics, and English.
– Attend ADRA’s standardized Facilitator Teacher Training and other professional development opportunities, and agree to mentoring and technical support visits from ADRA Outreach Officers and the Project Manager.
– Maintain a safe and effective teaching/learning environment in the learning space, and comply with all ADRA Child Protection policies and guidelines.
– Enhance parental partnership through proper communication channels with parents.
– Implement the IRC Retention Support curriculum and enrich content where appropriate, including the production and dissemination of teaching handouts and activity sheets.
– Assess children’s learning achievements using well-designed assessment tools at the beginning, middle, and end of the school year, with periodic assessments throughout the year.
– Organize daily and monthly lesson plans.
– Organize pre/mid/post-tests and additional educational support sheets.
– Ensure strict adherence to ADRA Lebanon Child Protection Policies at all times, including respect for confidentiality and a child-centered approach.
– Respond to any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
**Job Requirements:**

– Has previous experience working with children and youth.
– Has a good reputation in the community.
– Demonstrates basic skills in reading and writing.
– Accepted by students.
– Works well under pressure.
– Is committed to engaging with students and creating a healing and play-based learning environment.
