الوصف الوظيفي:
يسعى “Save the Children” إلى تعيين مسؤول مالي للقيام بدور حيوي في تأمين الموارد الداخلية وضمان التزام العمليات مع سياسات ومعايير الدليل المالي للمنظمة. سيتولى المسؤول المالي مسؤولية ضمان تنفيذ التقارير والامتثال لمبادئ المحاسبة المقبولة بشكل عام ومعايير التقارير.
في حالات الطوارئ الإنسانية الكبرى، يتوقع من شاغل الوظيفة أن يكون قادرًا على العمل خارج نطاق دوره المعتاد وتغيير ساعات العمل حسب الحاجة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- توفير مستويات ملائمة من الأمان والرقابة الداخلية على موارد المنظمة وعملياتها وفقًا للسياسات ومعايير الدليل المالي للمنظمة.
- ضمان تنفيذ المنح بشكل صحيح وتقديم التقارير بما يتماشى مع معايير المحاسبة المقبولة عمومًا.
- الالتزام بالمعايير والسياسات المالية للمنظمة.
- في حالة الطوارئ الإنسانية الكبرى، قد يتطلب العمل خارج النطاق المعتاد وتغيير ساعات العمل حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة بكالوريوس في المالية، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المالية والشراكات.
- مهارات متقدمة في Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات تحليلية ودقة في العمل.
- خبرة سابقة مع متطلبات المانحين، المنظمات غير الحكومية، والشركاء.

The Opportunity
The role of the Finance Officer is to provide appropriate levels of security and internal controls over the organisation's resources (funds and PPE) and operations in compliance with the policies and standards of Save the Children Financial Manual. In addition, to ensure SCI sub-grants are well implemented and reported in conformity with the general accepted accounting principle and reporting standard.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business management, or any other related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance and partnership.
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
- Analytical skills and accuracy.
- Prior experience with donors’ requirements, NGOs, and partners.
