**الوصف الوظيفي:**
يهدف برنامجا “دراسة” و”مكانة”، الممولان من اليونيسف، إلى توفير مسارات تعليمية مرنة تلبي احتياجات الأطفال خارج المدارس. سيتم تنفيذ البرنامج في المدارس الخاصة/شبه الخاصة والمراكز المجتمعية، ويستهدف الأطفال الذين لا يتلقون التعليم والدعم للطلاب الذين ما زالوا ملتحقين بالمدارس.
**الملخص الوظيفي:**
يقوم مسؤول اللغة العربية بتطوير وتنفيذ وتعزيز برامج ومناهج تعليم اللغة العربية. يشمل ذلك إنشاء المحتوى التعليمي، تدريب المعلمين، وضمان دمج عناصر التعلم الاجتماعي والعاطفي ضمن منهج اللغة العربية.
**المسؤوليات الرئيسية:**
– **تطوير المناهج:** تطوير المنهج الدراسي ومخططات الدروس للصفوف من الأول حتى السادس بناءً على أفضل الممارسات الدولية وتكييفها مع السياق اللبناني.
– **إنشاء المحتوى التعليمي:** إعداد دروس نموذجية باستخدام أساليب تدريس منظمة تتناسب مع المنهج.
– **موارد التعليم:** التعاون في البحث عن موارد تعليمية وإلكترونية باللغة العربية للطلاب والمعلمين.
– **دمج التعلم الاجتماعي والعاطفي:** إدماج عناصر التعلم الاجتماعي والعاطفي في خطط الدروس النموذجية.
– **مهام إضافية:** أداء مسؤوليات أخرى كما يُطلب.
**المؤهلات المطلوبة:**
– **المؤهل العلمي:** درجة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها في تعليم اللغة العربية، مع التركيز على التعليم في المرحلة الابتدائية.
– **الخبرة:** خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في تدريس وتصميم المناهج للصفوف من الأول إلى السادس باللغة العربية في لبنان.
– **المهارات اللغوية:** إجادة اللغة العربية شفهياً وكتابياً، مع معرفة جيدة بالإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
– **المعرفة:** فهم شامل للمناهج والسياسات الوطنية العربية في لبنان ونظم التقييم القائم على الفصول الدراسية.
– **السفر:** القدرة على السفر داخل لبنان لحضور المؤتمرات والاجتماعات والتدريب وزيارات المدارس.
– **القدرة على إدارة المهام:** القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة والمرونة مع متطلبات المشاريع.

The UNICEF-funded “Dirasa Program” & “Makani Program”, aims to create for out-of-school children, multiple pathways that are flexible and responsive to each child’s unique learning needs. The program will be implemented in private /semi-private schools and community centers. It is estimated to target out of school children and Retention support for students who are already enrolled in schools.
The Arabic Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing the Arabic language programs and curriculum. This includes creating educational content, training teachers, and ensuring the integration of social and emotional learning elements within the Arabic curriculum.
This position is for a Lebanese national.
Main Responsibilities
The Arabic Officer should have a focus on primary school education in Arabic, be able to create scope and sequences, lesson plans, and classroom-based assessments, and have knowledge of national curriculum and policies for Arabic in Lebanon.
The Arabic Officer will also work closely with the SEL Specialists to ensure social and emotional learning is embedded in the Arabic curriculum. The specialist will be able to:
• Co-develop scope and sequence for Arabic grades 1 – 6 based on international best practices and adapt scope and sequence to the Lebanese context
• Develop model lessons, using structured pedagogy that fit within the scope and sequence.
• Collaborate on locating Arabic resources and e- resources for primary grades students and teachers
• Embed elements of social and emotional learning into model lesson plans.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Arabic education, with a focus on primary school education
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic
• Minimum 7 years’ experience teaching and designing curricula for grades 1-6 Arabic in Lebanon
• Knowledge of national Arabic curriculum and policies in Arabic
• Knowledge of classroom-based assessment systems
• Fluent in Arabic, knowledge of English is an advantage
• Able to travel in Lebanon for conferences/meetings/training/school visits.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and flexibility with project demands
