Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education

Knowledge of block-based and text-based coding languages

Previous experience in teaching, training, or educational facilitation – 3 yrs of experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently as needed

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and educational approaches

Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills

Enthusiasm for promoting STEM education and fostering a passion for coding and robotics

Valid driver’s licence and ownership of a vehicle

Areas Of Responsibility

1.1- Onboarding and Training

1.1.1- Attend onboarding and training in preparation to become Teacher Trainer

1.2- Teaching Fellows Training and Coaching 

1.2.1- Evaluate and identify training gaps and continuously update teacher training material 

1.2.2- Deliver teacher training in person, unless unforeseen situations arise that cause training to take place online 

1.2.3- Support on the creation of online teacher training resources

1.3- Monitoring & Evaluation 

1.3.1- Support on the collection and analysis of data for monitoring and evaluation

1.4- Project Management Support

1.4.1- Support with project management tasks as assigned by the Teacher Training Manager

1.5- Culture
