DESCRIPTION: 

Ana Aqra is seeking an intern for its Beirut office for a period of 2 months, with a possibility of an extension based on performance and qualifications.

The intern will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the office.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assist support offices and staff with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks like scanning, photocopying, maintaining documents, and filing.

Digitize and archive documents and files.

Produce and prepare documents in Arabic and English.

Process payment orders and vouchers, update supplier lists, and prepare invoices.

Process procurement operation documentation and reports as required.

Follow up on warehousing and inventory items (office supplies, kitchen supplies, storeroom).

Follow up on office maintenance works and repairs.

Participate in internal work meetings.

Follow up with employees to provide documents and information as requested.

Perform other related clerical duties as required.

Education, Competencies, and Skills

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or similar.

Minimum one year of related office experience.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Results Orientated

Self-management skills      

Advanced computer and IT skills (Excel, Word)
