تفاصيل درجة التعليم: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a non-profit, government, or mission-driven organization. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Passion for the organization's mission and a commitment to its success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for the Mission Development Office, aligning with the organization's overall communication goals.
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging written and verbal communication materials to convey concepts to diverse audiences, including presentations, reports, press releases, website content, and social media posts.
- Manage internal communication by effectively disseminating information to staff members about mission development activities, timelines, and key decisions.
- Facilitate communication between the Mission Development Office and external stakeholders, such as partners, funders, and the public. This may involve organizing meetings, managing media inquiries, and responding to public comments.
- Monitor and analyze communication efforts to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed of current trends and best practices in communication, public relations, and mission development.
