Borderless NGO is keen on providing all necessary tools to help eradicate the exploitation of children, youths, and women from underprivileged societies, save them from the traps of modern-day slavery, and equip them with the means for a better future. Objective of the Role:

The Graphic Design and Content Creator will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphic designs, as well as creating engaging content across various platforms to effectively communicate our mission and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:
   • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, and newsletters.
   • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design projects.
   • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
2. Content Creation:
   • Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with Borderless goals and objectives.
   • Generate engaging written and visual content for the organization's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
3. Multimedia Production:
   • Create multimedia content, including videos and animations, to support various campaigns and initiatives.
   • Edit and enhance photos and videos to ensure a professional and cohesive visual identity.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communication, and program teams, to understand their needs and deliver creative solutions.
   • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the organization's visual and content presence.

Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design and multimedia tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Passion for social and environmental issues.
