Responsibiltiies:  

Lesson Planning and Assessment Development:

Develop daily/weekly lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards, educational goals and diverse learning styles.

Develop assessment tools to assess students and guarantee their academic improvement

Develop or create educational tools that support the curriculum

Develop the detailed action plans that guarantee the students’ academic improvement

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive environment and promote a healthy atmosphere in the classroom

Boost students’ participation and interaction in the classroom in an organized manner

Active Learning Tools and technology Integration:

Implement the active learning educational method in the classroom and integrating educational activities/games in the lesson plan

Utilize educational technology to enhance students’ academic level.

Registration, Follow up and Report Writing:

Follow up students’ daily attendance and keep in contact with parents

Follow up the registration process of students and complete their files

Manage data and ensure its accuracy and consistency

Conduct formal / professional home visits when necessary

Develop detailed weekly and monthly reports

Protection:

Commit to Nabaa’s code of conduct, PSEA, Safeguarding, anti-harassment and anti-corruption policies

Ensure the protection of children on all levels and report any kind of danger by using Nabaa’s complaint mechanism

Qualifications and Work Experience:

At least 2 years of proven experience in the field of education

Mindful of details and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational, leadership and planning skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
