The purpose is to empower individuals with essential life skills in Time Management, Decision Making, Assertiveness, Flexibility, and Teamwork, enabling them to thrive both personally and professionally.
key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training modules for Time Management, Decision Making, Assertiveness, Flexibility, and Teamwork, tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to ensure effective learning and skill acquisition.
- Conduct pre-assessment to measure participants' current skill levels and post-assessment to measure progress. Adapt training content based on participant feedback and performance.
- Provide personalized coaching to participants, addressing specific challenges and fostering skill application in real-life situations.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress, attendance, and feedback. Generate reports summarizing the effectiveness of the training programs.
