LOST is seeking to recruit a Project Assistant in baalbeck to support in BASATINE Project.
Job Description :
1- Coordinate closely with the project management and the team.
2- Collect data and participate in analyzing it.
3- Monitor the attendance of the staff.
4- Organize the schedule of the trainings and meetings and prepare the minute of meetings.
5- Contribute to planning and implementing the project activities.
6- Use proper documentaion in order to reserve all project documents.
7- Work closely with MEAL department in order to meet the project indicators.
8- Do master weekly reports and consolidate the data received from other team members.
9- Do the narrative report on regular basis as needed in the project.
10- Conduct field visits on a regular basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Business Management, MIS, or any other related field.
3-4 years of experience in the field.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
