تفاصيل درجة التعليم: Qualifications: – Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. – 1-3 years of experience – Knowledge of MEAL methodologies, tools, and best practices. – Data analysis and reporting skills, using software tools as necessary. – Knowledge of project management principles and experience in developing and implementing project M&E plans. – Excellent report writing and communication skills in English. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive MEAL plan for the project, including clear objectives, indicators, data collection methods, and reporting mechanisms.
Monitor project progress against the project log frame and work plans, identifying and reporting on any delays, issues or risks to the Program Manager.
Design and implement project evaluations, including baseline, mid-term and final evaluations, and other research activities as required.
Ensure that project data is properly collected, analyzed and reported in a timely and accurate manner, and that it is used to inform project decision-making.
Work with the Program Manager and other project staff to develop project reports, including donor reports, that clearly communicate project progress and impact.
Provide technical support to project staff on data collection, analysis, and reporting, and ensure that they are aware of and adhere to the project MEAL system.
Ensure the collection and analysis of data consider gender and inclusivity, accounting for the diverse needs and perspectives of different groups.
Ensure that the project is compliant with donor reporting requirements and that reports are submitted on time.
Promote learning and knowledge sharing within the organization and with project partners, ensuring that lessons learned are documented and disseminated.
Participate in regular project review meetings with the Program Manager and other project staff to review project progress, identify issues and risks, and develop action plans to address them.
Use MEAL findings to adapt project strategies and activities in response to changing circumstances or new information (adaptive management).
