SEEDS is seeking a full time Financial Officer to conduct the following tasks:

• Keep accurate records for all transactions
• Process monthly invoices and payment requests following donors’ requirements and SEEDS’ internal financial procedures
• Assist with procurement and purchases for the projects and for the organization
• Prepare monthly cash and bank reconciliation sheets
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Participate in financial audits
• Assist with budget preparation
• Implement financial policies
• Perform other tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or similar fields
• Previous experince with NGOs
• Proven work experience as a Financial Officer or similar role
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of national financial regulations
