ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Conduct procurement bidding process in line with FTL Procurement Policies and Procedures
- Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
- Review, analyze, compare and approve equipment, products and services to be purchased
- Produce TORs, bidding documents, and all related supportive documents for purchasing units
- Prepare request for quotation
- Coordinate with the Project Manager
- Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare contracts with suppliers and external services
- Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
- Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports
- Coordinate with the Senior Accountant concerning payments methods.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Management, Accounting or similar field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position; out of which 1 year in NGO
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
- Flexibility in performing duties, with exceptional ability to execute multiple tasks concurrently.
