Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our online marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for devising and executing creative strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate high-quality leads to support our business growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
2. Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
3. Manage and maintain our company’s website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
4. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand message.
5. Utilize social media channels to foster brand awareness, build a community, and engage with followers to strengthen customer relationships.
6. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, automation workflows, and segmenting the audience for targeted messaging.
7. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
8. Analyze competitors’ digital marketing efforts and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
9. Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer reviews and inquiries professionally and promptly.
10. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and visuals that align with the brand image and enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics tools.
4. Proficiency in using marketing automation software and CRM systems.
5. Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
10. Experience in Adobe programs or photography is a plus.
