الوصف:
Objective 1: Conduct Special Education assessments.
- Use quantitative and qualitative assessments to assess skills of children of various ages.
- Write individualized special education reports to include the outcome and results of the assessment and the targeted objectives.
- Share and explain the assessment reports including the learner’s progress with the inclusion officer, other therapists and caregivers.
Objective 2: Conduct Special Education intervention
- Conduct intervention sessions to children of different ages and various types of functional limitation targeting objectives identified in the assessments.
- Share sessions outcomes with caregivers and engage them in the therapeutic follow up of their child.
Objective 3: Provide tips and recommendations to support each child.
- Support caregivers with recommendations related to education progress that are tailored based on each child’s assessment.
- Share tips and recommendations on individualized adaptations with the inclusion officer to support the child’s academic pathway and learning skills.
- Assess and identify other needs of referral to the child: specialized services, assistive devices, medical referrals.
